I cannot recommend this shop at all. I felt confident using this business because I bought my truck brand new from Reid Bros. It was damaged by a third party which they dealt with directly on my behalf to negotiate the repair, this and the fact all the staff and shop guys we interacted with were friendly is the ONLY reason I gave a 2 stars review and not 1. Firstly, it took twice as long to get my truck back then what they quoted me for because one guy decided to take time off without notice" and the work I got back was sloppy to say the least. Reid Brothers Collision Centre has repaired my vehicle twice now over the years after getting in an accident. My most recent visit I was greeted by a young lady named Emily who was very professional and knowledgeable about the steps and process that would be needed to repair my car. She answered all of my questions and concerns in great detail. The Repair job was great and completed a week before the promised date. Was happy to get not one but two follow up calls from Emily checking in on the work after it was completed.

Very satisfied with service, super quick and car looks brand new. Did an amazing job, a little pricey but well worth it because you pay for the quality of work you get.

This review is from my neighbor Vito:I bought my GMC Canynon truck at Reid Bros in 2018. A deer hit my truck and I went to CSN - Reid Bros Collision (392 Daniel Street S) for repairs. Went there twice and wasn't happy with the job done. However, when Trevor the owner learned about my concern, he has reached out and asked for a second chance.I returned yesterday and my truck was ready for pickup the same day. Great job and thoroughly spotless. Trevor has also offered me a $300 gift certificate. I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation. Thank you.

My car was in a hit and run and CSN Reid Bros was very efficient and great to deal with. My car was in and had a quote the day i contacted them, and once approved with my insurance was in to be fixed 3 days later. Great customer service and they did a fantastic job with the repairs. My car was even cleaner on the inside when i picked it up!

STAY AWAY!!! I picked up my car yesterday in worse condition than the time I dropped it off to their location with a missing part just because of I decided not go with them to get my car repaired and also complaint about their service on the phone. My hood was left open with loosed parts and cables as if it was sitting in a junk yard.Once you drop your car off forget about reaching anyone to get an update about car and what's going on. They don't answer the phones and never return voicemails. Insurance denied their appraisals for 3 weeks because of their high rates. In my opinion, all they care is how much they can get from your insurance and they do not care about your car definitely.

Got my Honda civic repaired here after having a collision with a deer. The car looks great. Had a minor issue with the hood needing to be slightly adjusted, was fixed on the spot. The gentleman who worked on the car was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even with it being very new.If I unfortunately end up in this situation again I would be going back for repair here again.

I was totally shocked when I heard my wife was in an accident back in December. I rushed to see her at the hospital, she was ok, pretty banged up but ok, now I could check the car.I had already called my insurance but I called CSN Reid Brothers to get some information of how things work.The manager was quite good at remaining calm and slowed things down for me. He did give some information of how things work. I had called my insurance and they told me they had already taken care of things, and the car was picked up next day, in Smith FallsIn a scary situation like this it was nice to have someone take the time, be understanding, be calm and give some good advice and reassurance that things would be ok.After dealing with you in Arnprior I did have the option to bring my vehicle there but as my insurance (Wawanesa) was called and they were very caring and took care of the situation right away, I continued to let them handle everything. They wrote my car off and I don't think bringing it to Arnprior would have made a difference but knowing it is my choice is very good to know.Thank you guysBryan

Extremely disappointed in the service I am currently receiving at this location. My car has been there over a month. I call every few days and get the run around on a part they are waiting on. They have been telling me for 3 weeks that the part is coming from the US, but no one will tell me where the part is or an ETA. I have asked that they contact the manufacturer and ask them directly for shipping details (as I am an online shopper and able to track EVERY package I purchase right down to exact town/facility it is in). I am totally lost as to why they are unable to track this part. Very Very poor service so far.

Efficient, pleasant and timely body repairs on my Trax which was damaged in an accident. Super helpful staff.
