The leather couch we purchased is nice. It’s condo size and I shaped which I like. The colour was perfect match but the price was too high for the couch.

My experience here was great especially due to Sonal, who was extremely professional and helpful during the entire process. Sonal answered all of my questions, was polite, friendly, helpful, not pushy, and truly cared about my experience. Delivery was also smooth and on time. Thanks so much Sonal!

Furniture is moderately priced and very poor quality.The leather" sectional couch that we bout 8 years ago and rarely use is showing signs of material fray. stitching is coming loose

These guys don’t have return and refund policy. We struggled to replace a sofa due to space constraint and had to adjust for an average looking one as the collection is minimal. Stay away from this store. Delivery guys will not inform you the time of delivery until the day of delivery. All in all, I regret buying a sofa from here. Management is hopeless.Mr. Michael, if you get the sofa as it is, it will not fit in modern townhouses. You guys are not smart enough to get in pieces and assemble. You charged me extra 100$ for not doing the job right in first place. You came thrice trying to fit the sofa as it is without any change in your approach and asking me to sign waiver incase of damages to my house.Anyways, my space can be small, looks like your sales are even more smaller that you are not able to refund my money when I am not happy with your service before the product delivery

Multiple calls to their customer support have been met with little to no assistance or concrete information. The branch manager, whom I have spoken to on several occasions, has repeatedly offered empty promises and excuses, but has failed to deliver on any of them.What deeply concerns me is the complete lack of accountability and transparency from Arrow Furniture. They seem to have no regard for the importance of keeping customers informed and up-to-date on their order status. Each time I reach out for an update, I am met with vague responses and no clear resolution in sight.The absence of effective communication has caused significant inconvenience and distress. The birthday gift I had planned for my daughter has been delayed indefinitely, leaving her disappointed and me feeling utterly helpless. Great stuff. Easy to work with and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and delivery . Hakim and Bill were great. Ask for them whenever you drop by.

Sonal was the best Salesperson I have ever dealt with. I received amazing service and wonderful customer care. I have dealt with Arrow for 20+ Years and will always come back.

All of my furniture from Aarow has worn poorly. I highly regret spending any money on their poor quality sofas and bed sets.If you are going to buy cheap furniture, buy it from a store with cheap prices. If you are going to buy good quality furniture, stay away from Arrow who sells cheap furniture at mid-range prices and pretends to have quality products!

BEWARE!! Worst buying experience ever!! Never ever purchase any furniture from this store. If you pay you’re stuck, if you change your mind or if it doesn’t fit your door. You won’t get refund!! Hakim is worst and the GM (Jason) I spoke to is awful!! No one has helped, we ultimately have to pay extra money to disassemble and assemble.No one told about refund policy at the time of purchase!!
