I had the most wonderful experience calling in to place an online order for shipment to British Columbia. The sales associate Annie, did a wonderful job at assisting me with finding the product and also placing the order. She was friendly and patient and made the whole experience simple.

Absolutely awful customer service. They charged me twice for the same pair of pants online. Store pick up was never notified!! They sell them on me and I still paid twice. Manager at the the store says my problem Should have just assumed they were there or make a call to them considering I never got any notice. Manger tells me not her problem call the 1 800 number. Really rude and bad service will never shop there again and for sure not online. You wont get your money back.

The ladies at the gap today were so sweet and helpful. It was pouring rain outside and i got soaked walking from the bus to the door. A lady asked me what i was looking for and i told her i was soaked and wanted dry, comfy clothes to change into. She introduced me to another worker who showed me exactly what i was looking for and even gave me cheap options. When i checked out I had multiple staff members making sure i found what i liked and asking if i wanted to change there after i paid. The lady that was helping me made sure you add 30% for being a member. Everyone was super sweet and cared so much! it was a great experience and definitely made my day!

Prices are ridiculously high for the quality and the sales" arent really even that great. So many better stores to go into at Conestoga with better prices

They don't seem to carry all the sizes in store. Was on the hunt for XXL and could only find it in the clearance section.
