Best skate sharpening in WPG and Paul is a great guy! He spent a few minutes post-sharping sharing some knowledge about blades and how they do sharpening differently - really appreciate the customer care. Wait time was +1 hour, though it was expected since it was the weekend and the best in town!

A hidden gem for bike repairs. I passed by it many times, because the name makes it seem like hockey is their specialty, but I'm glad I gave it a try. I've now been in a couple times for bike tune up and wheel repair, and the service is excellent every time. This is now my go to spot.Staff are super knowledgeable and passionate about bikes, and they always seem to put in a little extra effort, like completely cleaning the cassette on my wheel so it looks like a brand new part even though I only brought it in to have a spoke repaired.

I've fixed my son's bike here. He was fast and kind. I highly recommand this shop!

So...I got new blades on my goal skates (somewhere else) didn't get them profiled right away ( oops). Anyway, I had them sharpened at another so called hockey shop and they pretty much destroyed them . Destroyed the blades to the point of , after finally hearing about Paul at pro connexion , went , met Paul and watched the appalled look on his face at how bad my blades were. Asked to have my blades profiled and agreed to try a 1/2 hollow instead of my usual 3/8" . My skating and consequently my game has never been better than since the first time I skated after the work performed. I am a customer for life . I won't even consider anyone else touching my gear moving forward . Thank you !"

Not the best at trying to help people out. My daughter had a game at century arena. Her skates needed sharpening. I was going to drop the skates off, then take my kid to the rink, then pick up the skates. I called at 2:45 asking about the wait time. I was told 20 to 30 minutes depending, right now 20. I showed up at 3:06 and he tells me 45 minutes. I told him I literally just called and he says in a I don't care tone"

I had taken my bike in to Paul at the Waverley store to properly align my mechanical disk brake. He did that plus identified a problem with the front and rear wheel bearings which he fixed. Very impressed!

This is THE spot. Paul Tuned up my bike and even followed up to see how it was riding. Fantastic service. Also the best place for skate sharpening sin the winter. Highly recommend!
