I work at an apartment complex in Kentwood and have worked with Traditional Carpet Cleaning, LLC for 9 years! There's a reason I've used him for that length of time. The attention to detail and knowledge of what carpet needs while cleaning is amazing! He's always trying to be better have better product and it shows. I've tried several carpet cleaners over the years for my properties with mixed results until a friend referred me to Traditional Carpet Cleaning. Grant at Traditional has been able to get some tough stains out that noone else could. He is fast and responsive and leaves neat cleaning pattern lines so that anyone will immediately know during a showing (in case they can't see or smell the clean, fresh carpet) that the carpets have been professionally cleaned. Since the owner is the same person doing the work, the service and quality are top notch. Traditional is the only service that cleans my own house now, you won't be disappointed.... Brian in Walker.

When Grant and the owner came, the owner was very gruff and uptight. I was ready to throw them out, even called me a liar when I wanted my couch cleaned in the quote he gave me on the phone. Said they charge $90.00 to clean a 12 year old couch. Proceeded to clean my carpet, asked if they would clean my $15 dollar rug. Said $25.00! They said ok we are done and missed a few noticable places. Had to come back with the machine to do them. The next day when the carpet was dry I noticed many places that they missed and a few of the stains never came out. I called and left a message asking if they warrant their work. Two days now no response. I told them I work with many people and will pass the word but I am not. I never have experienced such disrespect being a paying customer.Update, they NEVER called me back.

Very poor service. After the first appointment was a no show, no call, we rescheduled, only after calling. The cleaning was very hurried, and when asked to take another few minutes on a tough spot, we were told we would have to reschedule. Will never use again.

I would highly recommend Grant and Traditional Carpet Cleaning. I found him to be professional, polite and efficient. I called at 6:00 pm the night before and Grant was at my home by 9:30 am the next morning. He got right to work and used professional equipment. You can tell he has been doing this for over 20 years. The project was completed efficiently and I was charged a VERY fair price. If you're looking for carpet cleaning in Grand Rapids I would call Traditonal Carpet before anywhere else.

Came in fast and on budget, had stains in our carpets for over a year that have been gone even 6 mo after he left, definitely recommend
