Lion's Head Point
The trail to Lions head look out is 7km total. The trail is very good and it's medium level hike. Trail is midst of greenwood and the view at lion head look out makes the hike a worthy one.Do pre booking of parking slots.

Lion's Head Point
The trail leading to Lion’s Head takes about 4 kilometers on hilly and rocky terrain, typical of the Bruce Trail on the Niagara Escarpment. You must have hiking shoes and poles.The view at the top of the Escarpment was magnificent, the blue green waters of the Georgian Bay.The hike takes about 4 hours and parking is paid at the trailhead.

Lion's Head Point
Takes roughly around 4 hours to complete the trail. It does requires the Hiking gadgets to make your hike easier, also don’t forget the bug spray and stay away from Poisonous Three leaves with flower. Also you might run into Rattlesnakes and some puddles in fall season. Follow the trail and don’t hike around for the short cuts, look for the signs for closed trails. Enjoy the view , take lots of pictures and pay for the parking a day ahead to qualify for full day parking.

Did Lion's Head Loop including Warder Side loop. ~18km hike took us about 6h hiking time (including going slower for the arthritic one of us and the photographer one who stopped at every viewpoint).Going counterclockwise seemed to work well to get better lighting on both sides of the peninsula. Nice trail, it takes 2h (one way) and difficult climb at the end, but totally worth it!
