Lack of ambition and professionalism in the staff.I totally agree with one of the reviews here “The female worker with curly hair and little bit short ( probably latina or asian ) was so rude. No manners at all. Should not working as customer service!!” I have the same feeling, she’s very rude!! Your company should really look into who you guys hired. I don’t feel comfortable shopping there.

Our favourite shop in Macarthur Glen. Not only because of the brand, but the discounts are great. Their staff too are very friendly and helpful. Our favourite is Sereena, she will find your size and even give you other options. Because of her, we always come back for more.

Lacoste is my favourite shop and stop in MacArthur Glen. I recently purchased a shirt from Lacoste and am so happy with my decision. The quality was outstanding, and it was a perfect fit. It’s my stop every time I go to the YVR. Special thanks from Carolina, who is one of the best managers that I have seen. She is so kind and responsive.

The staff were extremely accommodating especially ms. Mary Ko. Her customer service and assistance during my visit to the outlet was superb!

Make sure to avoid this location. The price of the clothes were more than what the promotions said. I also saw a short lady (who I presume is the boss) yell at her staff. She then proceeded to also yell at customers! Horrible and toxic lady. Never come here.

I have been in this store plenty of times because I love the brand but especially the service provided. Usually, I'm buying clothes and shoes for playing tennis and some casual clothes as well. Every time I go there and Carolina and Sereena are in the store, they help me with great suggestions.But what I appreciate the most is when I buy products for someone else as a gift, they always take the time to listen to the description of what I'm looking for and sometimes even the description of the person. I don't know how they do it but always they give great recommendations like if it was a “custom suit”

Browsing and was asked to leave as we had drinks (coffee). No problem, except there is no sign stating no good or drink. If this is what your policy is please post to avoid situations like this.
