Dr. Duna Goswami

Excellent experience. I felt heard. Dr. Goswami is kind, professional and gets things done. She explains things clearly then has practical solutions. I found her front counter staff to be chilly at first contact but they become much friendlier when it's your turn. Very happy to have found this gynecologist at last.

She is a great Dr but wow does that staff need a overhaul. I have had to make a decision to no longer see her anymore because I just can't handle communicating with the staff there. They are unhelpful, always seem confused, give the incorrect time for appointments and blame the patient for missing a phone appointment. In order to save the unprofessional stress this clinic causes I'm happy to go elsewhere and wait 6 months for another obgyn.This isn't just an issue with this clinic, it seems to be common nowadays. I wish these Dr's would pay a little more and get some good staff. They are the first person and last person a patient is dealing with and sometimes in times of a lot of stress. This needs to change.

Dr Guswami is absolutely amazing. She will always show up with a respectful, and professional attitude and does try her hardest to help fix problems.Receptionist however, needs more work on there scheduling or at least letting people know beforehand if the appointment will be late. Been sitting in the car waiting for call inside for 45+ minutes.

Very Disrespectful place. The ladies at they were talking with each other in other language. They were not accepting their fault. They said we didn’t notice you. We went to the clinic and ask for appointment, and she said have seat, after that they start talking with each other in other language. We went to ask about how long it will take. She we didn’t notice you. we waited their for 1and half nobody came.

Dr. Goswami is great! She’s knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. But the office wait times are absolutely ridiculous and the reception staff so rude! I’ve had 2 appointments here so far and both times I’ve ended up spending more than 45 minutes waiting after my appointment time! Really disappointing.

Awesome Doctor. Dr. Goswami is a professional in her field and it shows. Made me feel comfortable and visit was excellent. I found the front counter quite receptive and pleasant. I highly recommend.

Dr. Goswami listens well and is very good at her job, makes you feel comfortable. She explains everything so you understand what is going on.

Dr Goswami was wonderful and compassionate. She heard me and took time to answer my questions. Has a great sense of humour as well.
