Terry and his assistant are very polite, they took the time to go over my vehicle for something it did not go in for and he told me what another problem was when I did not know. We need more mechanics like Terry. If your in desprite need of a ride home while your car is being worked on, he gives you a ride home and picks you back up if needed. I have seen Terry on 3 seperate occasions now and he is fair and tries to save you a few bucks if he can. I recommend anyone within his area to go see North End Auto and see what he can do for you.
