Staff are friendly and helpful. Always willing to help ensure you are buying the right product whether you are a first time visitor or repeat customer. Loyalty program also allows them to look up previously purchased products which is great for our family so that we never have to remember exactly 'which' dog food or kitty litter we are used to buying. Their store brand food product is great for small dogs. Our small breed senior dog has dental problems and she does well with their small size kibble.

Very close and convenient. But the best is the staff. Always ready to help, and very knowledgable about their product and about pets. I have been here a few times, and always with questions, and have always left with the product and knowledge I needed.The staff here aren't just simply clerks, they are very much into providing knowledgeable and focused service for a pet owner.Great store and amazing staff.

I was unable to come in to do a return because I was not feeling well and because of the world pandemic decided to be responsible and stay home. Because of this they will not process the return.Won't be returning.The company is falling far behind its competitors return policy. I will be taking my business to PetSmart.Contacted customer service via email and same answer was produced. I am so shocked that this is the policy they stick by...

I tried this pet valu out because I didn't love the one by my house, and this one is even worse the lady that helped me at the cashier was rude and acting like it was an inconvenience to her. I loved the pet valu in Stoney Creek near mud Street love the products but the Brantford stores are forcing me to rens.

Pet Valu Mart has some deals on pet items. But if you shop around sometimes you can find better prices at other places. The staff there are friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. The store is kept very clean and there are following covid-19 guidelines. It is wheelchair accessible and there is ample parking throughout. The good thing about the place there's a diverse amount of brands of pet foods.

The prices are through the roof comparatively to other competitive pet stores. Even if you have an account it's not much of a benefit (at ALL) as the only *highlighting* quality to having an account is that - if you buy 12 bags of food your 13th one is free. So I don't see much use of that quality"

Kind and always knowledgeable about pet related stuff. Helped me pick out exactly what I needed to trim my cat’s nails. The clippers were easy to use while holding my cat that really didn’t want to be held. Thank mew!

I've had bad luck with delays in ordering online to pick up in store during lockdowns but picked my order up less than an hour after I placed it. Thank goodness as I was contemplating feeding my dogs frozen chicken wings for dinner! Thanks for the great service.
