The team of Tristen and Alex was amazing! Courteous, professional, quick. They emptied my basement with 23 years worth of so many challenging pieces in record time! Well worth it! I will definitely recommend these guys and will use them again! Would give them 10 stars if I could ✨️

Well the 2 Men were just wonderful!! Called me to let me know how they were running ahead of schedule and we met at the unit. They were quick, friendly and didn't forget there muscles. I would definitely recommend your company!!

We needed a heavy couch removed. We just can't do big heavy things anymore. Knowing that they also recycle items if they can was perfect also. We had no idea where to bring an old couch even if we removed it ourselves. They showed up on time, walked in and walked out. Now that eyesore is gone. YES!Both Chris and Kevin were very polite. Chatted with me and answered questions about other things I might be interested in the future.Thank you Joseph and Lily for answering my texts and all my questions. JUNK KING is a fantastic service, I was very impressed.

I hired Junk King to remove a hot tub. There was a minor inconvenience that arose. When I notified the business I received a call from the owner, who bent over backwards to remedy the situation. Customer service is 2nd to none. 5 star review very deserved. Well done.

These guys were amazing and very professional. I was moving out and was throwing a lot out, way more than I thought I had! I found them online and was able to book a next day removal which was so easy. They not only gave me a discount for booking online, but a veterans discount as well. Pricing was based off of space used and the cost seemed fair for the work done. What I was quoted before they started was what I paid after (no surprise fees/unspoken charges). The workers (Alex and Chris) were friendly and so quick. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends here in Grand Rapids.
