Catering Exquisite Events - A Delicious Story

My mom passed away during Covid and we had to limit the number of people for lunch after the funeral. I contacted Howard and he happily agreed to put a luncheon together. He not only delivered it to our home but he came in and set it all up before we got home with our guests. He was particular about Covid protocols too. The presentation was lovely and the food was delcious as well. Everything was perfect!

My family and I had a phenomenal time working with Catering Exquisite Events to create the perfect experience for my Bridal Shower! We had the opportunity to sit and plan the different food stations with Chef as he helped us to fit the menu to our specific needs. The attention to detail, professional attitude and excitement to execute this event was beyond match. Chef & his team truly went above and beyond what we could have imagined. The menu, custom drinks and the servers were top tier - everyone couldn't stop talking about it! We are forever grateful for the amazing job that Exquisite Events has done!~

First of all, what a bonus for us to meet Chef Howard. His passion for making delicious food for others to enjoy was evident as he described the meal he created for us.Second, the food was absolutely delicious. What a treat it was to taste new flavors.Starting from the great customer service down to the beautiful hand written menu for the dinner, everything was very professional and impressive.I am smiling as I write this. It was a pleasure to have Catering Exquisite Events cater my wife's 50th Birthday Party. Absolutely top notch service from top to bottom. Everything was on time, hot and presentation was amazing. I can’t say enough about Catering Exquisite Events. I had asked Chef Howard to cater my fathers 70th birthday party many years ago for about 75 people. He was so professional and the food was so delicious; everyone raved about him. When my daughter got engaged I told her I would throw the wedding shower and Howard was the only caterer I would trust to bring a delicious scrumptious meal. However last year we were on lockdown, and like somany others we had to change our plans.I was able to keep the date I had for her for the following year, but this time the celebration would be for her first wedding anniversary and baby reveal. Howard and his wife Shui Jin were very kind, patient and understanding about all the changes we had to make. We held the event at my son in-laws parents home with about 28 people. The theme was Mexican and everyone raved about the food. The way the food was placed on the plates and the garnishing made the food look very delicious. And believe me everyone raved over the taste and presentation. Each entree was beautifully laid out. But more then the presentation, this family and I mean the whole family work well together and it is so nice to see. Howard’s wife Shui Jen has great patience, and understanding and goes beyond to make sure your event is exactly as you want it. Chef Howard’s son was his assistant for our event; a very nice young man. I watched Chef Howard and I could see that he loves what he does. He has passion for this God given gift. I could tell by his presence and presentation of his exquisite meals. Every dish had everything placed perfectly. Presentation and taste are key to a Chef who loves what he does. Our Experience with Chef Howard and his Amazing Team was absolutely Stellar! Planning a work party at a remote location that neither us or Exquisite has ever been to is a large undertaking. I have to say that from the very beginning his friendly and calm nature made this experience stress free. He was so organized and even scoped out the venue ahead of time to know whether he could commit to serving us well there before accepting the challenge with excitement. The menu he and his Team designed for us was amazing and well thought out and it was out of this world delicious from the table setting to the hors d'oeuvres, apps,salads, entrees and desserts. There were 15 of us and everyone had an amazing dinner-which is saying lots about the care they put into their service. Even through the strong wind and outdoor cooking challenges they faced we did not see or sense any of that. The only thing we experienced was an amazing night with amazing food and amazing service. As the world changed from COVID-19 many events were postponed or even canceled. One of the events which was affected was my wedding. After 3 years of planning our wedding it came to a screeching halt when COVID-19 was declared a pandemic. In short order we had to rethink our special day, and of course a main focus was the food. With Chef Howard and his wonderful team were able to make the modified event feel as intimate as we had original hoped. He was very accessible and full of delicious ideas that helped transform and amplify our initial vision. The food was absolutely delicious all our guests raved and my wife is still talking about the lamb she had! We highly recommend Chef Howard and the full Exquisite Events team, thank you!

The Exquisite Events team were super friendly, convenient, and helpful throughout our planning process, and the food was fabulous. The blueberry goat cheese appetizer salad was incredible!I have had the pleasure of working with Chef Howard a few times over several years. I am always amazed at his authentic display of kindness, patience, and compassion, whilst still maintaining a professional environment with incredible results.
