Skynet is a joke been doing his work since he stated this company my boss showed him everything he know and now he's pretty much letting us go cuz he thinks he don't need us well watch out for him he's very shaddey and a lier so if u do get internet he's got all new people with no experience wouldn't trust any of them liernet is more like it thanks roy

Our experience with SkyNet has been great! I love that you can easily call and talk to a person if you have questions. The internet itself is fast and reliable. We have had zero issues in the 3 months we've had the service and we are typically using 3-4 devices at a time all the time. I'd highly recommend SkyNet to anyone that lives in a rural area.

We are so happy with SkyNet! Fast and reliable! We switched from Hughes Net and this is 100% better and also cheaper! Only took about an hour to get us set up. They made sure it was working properly before they left and took the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to everyone!

Good service and signal no problems so farOne outage but not the fault of Skynet. Roy has been honest and trustworthy. No buffering good streaming.

An amazing experience from trenching to hookup. We needed to move our install date ahead to accommodate closing of our house and they were able to help us without issue.Would recommend again and again

Roy and Dave are two of the best examples of integrity I've ever experienced. I had the pleasure to briefly work with them and they make sure all aspects of the job are done correctly and with no shortcuts. They treat employees and customers with the utmost respect. We are very happy with the service. We got Directv stream and the internet service keeps up with the 4k signal very well. No interruptions or lag yet. It's actually surprising how much faster our devices work now too. For install, they came out right away to do the interior installation. Outside, the service post was on the opposite side of the road from us but the guys got us hooked up temporarily through a culvert until they could bring the bore machine out. Now the line is buried, and it's all done. The whole process took a few weeks, but we had temp service in about 1 week. They guys were great - very knowledgeable and friendly.Thank you

I could not get on my phone or my laptop. So I called SkyNet. It was almost 5 p.m. I talked to someone who got a service person to my house within minutes. And I do mean minutes! I was back on line before 5 p.m. I could not believe it. I think SkyNet is a great company who do there best that they can.

Skynet Fiber is the best internet provider I have ever used. The service is very reliable, extremely fast and the one instance when I needed a service call (due to my own mishap) Roy was very responsive and was even working out in the rain to get my service restored. Can’t believe how lucky I am to live in the country and have better internet that most of my friends who live in the city! Thanks SkyNet!

I don't understand the negative comments left here. I've been a customer for a couple years now. The service has been great with only a couple hick ups during this time (lightening struck the tower causing a temporary problem- it was resolved and updated equipment installed). When we had any issue Roy has been here within a couple hours and his communication has been great.One thing to keep in mind is that this is a newer service in our area, it is locally owned and operated, and like any other business start up it had some initial challenges to work out.The experience that I have had is exceptional. Much better than Windstream ever was! With Windstream Id have to wait days up to a week to get WIFI back up.I depend upon my connection for work. Roy has never let me down.
