I've been dealing with a nightmare of an issue with a leak in my roof from a wildlife company adding wire mesh to my soffit to prevent a raccoon from getting back into the soffit. This work was completed in 2013 - they screwed the mesh into the shingles that Complete installed in 2012. Over time the silicone rotted and we developed a leak which has led to a mess that insurance won't cover.The roofer who assessed the roof noted that the roofing was still absolutely fine except for the area that the wildlife company corrupted.Today I called Complete Roofing and left them a voicemail asking whether by any chance they had a record of the job they did for me 11 years ago! I wasn't asking them to do the job - the contractor for the company I was dealing with for everything has a different subcontractor. I was just appealing to see whther they had any detail around the shingles used for the job they did in 2012. A few hours later Mike called me. He had every detail I needed around what the type of shingle it was, what the colour was, when I was quoted, when the job was done.It's been a while, but I do believe I paid a little more for Complete to do the job. The biggest seller for me was that they would do the entire job in one day - which they did. Little did I know the decision to go with them would continue to pay off more than a decade later because they are still in business, are hugely reputable and are absolutely outstanding to deal with!Thanks Complete.

Mike’s very knowledgeable having years of experience. His crew showed up on time and worked all day to get my roof and re-insulation done. They also vented two bath fans and asked questions when needed. A small area was not done the first day but a guy was there the next day to finish it off. Very happy with how it turned out. I’ve had some bad experiences out there with Roofers but Complete Roofing definitely impressed me, I would recommend them to anyone.

On the recommendation of my neighbour, I hired Complete Roofing to replace the roof on my home in 2013 and it was a great decision. They did a fantastic job and were prompt and very reliable. They came when they said they would, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job. A job well done! Felt that the whole process from quote, to install, to post install was great. Felt very reassured with my purchase and that I went with complete roofing! Did not feel any pressure tactics like some other companies that quoted me. While the job was being done, the owner even inspected the work being done mid day! Great work by all!

We had our roof and soffits redone recently and we are very happy with the results. Mike's roofing crew were great. They completed the job within a few days and made sure the area was clean and tidy when they left. I am very happy with the results. We still have our windows to replace but are delighted the roof has made to the look of the house.
