A great company to set up home support through. They provide actual Nurses and Registered Care Aides for their services, which gave me confidence and peace of mind when leaving my loved ones in their care. While there have been some scheduling mishaps; Overall, they are very flexible, and willing to work around our family's needs.I strongly recommend them if you are needing to setup extra care for any of the people in your life.

Our family needed home wound care for our mother who was visiting Vancouver and needed emergency surgery. The set-up is professional, from the in-take/assessment to the care service rendered by an RN. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to attend to our mother’s needs (Richmond Area Clinic Manager and Care Manager, RN and Scheduler). They were responsive to her concerns, and her RN was a great match. Also, we appreciated that they could be flexible with scheduling when needed. Our mother received professional and compassionate care from Bayshore.

My mom used to have a homemaker from Bayshore for more than 3 years. From the staff , scheduler and the manager were pleasant to deal with and she loved to spend time with them. I will consider to rearrange the service when I reach my mom's age!

Nurse are helpful but they have the worst management team. Their manager even forgot my daughter's care team, no supply for the nurse to use eg: mask, gloves, data lot paper.

Being new to home assistance services we initially retained another company but found them to be less flexible than what we required. Bayshore was recommended by a professional in the care area and from our first meeting with their representative we knew the experience would be different. Because of their flexibility Bayshore's services not only satisfied our preferences but resulted in a reduction in costs.The care provider was prompt, courteous and professional.
