Albert's Family Restaurant
We came here a couple months ago and the food and service was awesome so we decided to come for Father's day and I was looking forward to another awesome meal however that didn't happen. We were seated promptly with a smile but when the waitress arrived we were informed that we couldn't order off the menu, we had to have the buffet that only had about 6 items on it and quite frankly did not look very good. We left and ate at the Chinese food place next door. A very disappointing father's day to be sure.

We came in right after a lunch rush. The servers were trying to get tables cleaned as quickly as possible. One server was done her shift but stayed on to help the other server. They were both so kind, the food was great and we were completely satisfied.

Waiter didn’t come to ask how the food was. First time I was served a cold breakfast. Food would have been ok if warm but plates were lack lustre and unappealing. Too much potatoes as well. COVID plastic around the tables creates a restricted atmosphere. No music. Bathrooms dirty and awkward.

Today was our first time eating here and it was amazing. The food portions are huge and the service is excellent. Very friendly. We have found our new favorite restaurant for Vegreville and will definitely be back next time we're in town.

Great menu and great food! The waitress was busy so I had to wait a while for the menu a good bit so that was understandable, For the atmosphere it was ok, feels pretty dated with the old dingy carpet lmao but overall it was good but the place can use a good face lift.

Horrible experience, the manager was arrogant and yelled at a customer who was speaking to her regarding the quality.The food quality was below average, the buffet was next to the bathroom. (If you don't have the space, don't offer the service.) Eggs Benedict was not poached, the egg was fried... why bother?Very unprofessional staff and manager. Wouldn't take my dog here.
