Horrible experience. Will definitely not buy anything from here anymore.I bought a bed in January, and it came with scratches on the surface.I requested a replacement, and it came one month later, still there is a damage. Then they say it is out of stock I need to wait until May.In May, it is still not there and they ask if I can accept a discount as 50$.The bed is 499$ with delivery fee 70$ and extra installation fee. I paid all these for a new bed, not a damaged one. The discount is just so cheap.And they did not tell me early enough that the bed has been stopped producing so they cannot replace it at all.Then the manager Margot stopped replying to me unless I call to the store. She is just with no concern of your experience in her voice.I just had enough and don't want to deal with this anymore after 9 months. But at least I want people to know.BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR CHOICE!!!!!

I saw something online and came to buy it here. Kevin served me and was soo helpful and kind. They were all very friendly. It turned out to be smaller then I had expected, even though I loved it it just wasn't right for me-im over 6 ft. I was able to return it with no problems within my 7 day grace period. They were cool about it. I have no problem buying again here. I'll just make sure of the measurements better next time. I have my my on something but haven't decided yet. Thank you Structube

I came in ready to purchase a King bed and Loft 10 mattress. It didn't seem like anyone was interested in helping me, so I left and went to a different location.One of the sales associates was just standing around, and the other decided to talk to the non-coloured customer that walked in after me.

These negative reviews are legit. I ordered a chair online and decided to pick it up from the store in mont royal.When I went in the store to pick it up, the representative brought out my chair with no packaging. I was ready to pick it up and carry it out in a box, and asked them why my product isn’t packaged and ready to carry home.The representative made some excuse about how the company sent the chair in two pieces (chair and legs) and not one, so they only expected one box but it needed two boxes so there’s nothing they can do but have me carry it home without a a box/proper packaging (like how is this my fault that the company and representative miscommunicated?).I told her that she had to find a box for me to carry my two piece chair out of the store because it was very unprofessional to give me my item without packaging. She seemed annoyed and finally went in the back to bring out some random ratty box to put my chair in.I was disgusted and disappointed, but not surprised since I read reviews from this location before ordering my item.The only thing worth it is that I purchased a gorgeous chair and the picture online doesn’t do it justice.

Excellent customer service. They treated my mother with so much respect and assisted her with all her needs. They followed up with her through the whole process. The couch she bought was delivered promptly. I am very satisfied with the courteous service provided. Definitely looking forward towards buying new furniture for my future home at this store.

One star, only because I can't rate zero stars. I have never had such a negative customer service experience. I phoned the day before to confirm if they had a specific item in stock at their location. After being told that they did, I let them know I would be in the next morning to purchase the item since it was close to their closing time. The employee informed me that that was not a problem and even offered to hold the item for me.The next morning, we arranged for a friend with a car to come with us and transport it home, we went across town because this was the only location that claimed to have the requested model available.When we arrived, the sales staff didn't even acknowledge us. I had to go to the counter and wait for a few minutes before I was even acknowledged and then referred to another employee who informed that we would not be able to get the item for 2 days, and to top it all off... we would have to go to the warehouse in the west island to pick it up.(The entire transaction was painful, just getting the salesman to confirm when we would be able to pick up our item, and where we would need to go to get it took at least 15 mins.)When we went to the warehouse, we were told that the store hadn't even processed our transaction on their side so the warehouse was unable to complete our order. I needed to call the store and inform them that the transaction was not processed in their system and wait another 30min for it to show up in the system.11/10 will not shop again.

The shop has beautiful furniture for every taste. I've bought a few items from them in the past and they are decently priced for the quality.The shops are nicely displayed and is inviting to walk around and imagine how it can fit into your home.The staff is very helpful and will help you with the ordering process and answers any questions that you might have.

What a great experience from start to finish. I purchased a few items from this location about 2 weeks ago. Very easy in store experience with friendly sales staff. The show room looked very nice as well, especially compared with some of the smaller locations.We decided to pick up the furniture from the warehouse, and were provided with detailed and clear instructions on how to get there with pictures by the sales staff. We ended up plugging it into google maps anyways, but it was good to get the detailed instructions from the staff.We noticed that some of the furniture went on sale after we bought it, but before the return period was over and called the location to see if we could get the rebate. They were very nice about it, and refunded the difference right away.Top notch service!

Very disappointed with unflexible return/exchange policy. Please think carefully and do not open package if unsure bc you won't be able to return or exchange otherwise.Update: I tried my luck and was able to get a satisfactory resolution with another Structube employee. Thank you.

Terrible experience with them. We bought 6 chairs ( Louis ) with the linen fabric. The quality of the fabric is terrible as it can not be cleaned. We couldn’t clean it so we contacted customer service with just a picture and they got back to us saying you have used the wrong method ( without knowing or asking what we did!) so it’s not covered by Structube and we will not help you. I told them this is not how you should deal with your customers and I won’t come back. Their answer was its your choice!
