Customer service was terrible!!!ordered 2 doors and when the came the salesman sold it to another customer. Got a replacement door it was the wrong style and was damaged to the point that we couldn't use it. Never shopping there again...stan dawe you suck...

I recently experienced excellent customer service at the Riverside Drive store . I purchased a patio door and after delivery realized the door had the wrong opening , which was by my mistake. I called the store , spoke with Jimmy who solved my issue immediately and a replacement door was delivered that same day . Impressive customer service and great staff both in store and on the delivery side! Thank you !

Disappointed and shocked, new owner ripped sale price tag from an item I was going to purchase on the sale table after I inquired about it and he felt he could get more money. After spending thousands on a renovated kitchen, I couldn’t believe the greed.
