We had Capital Grading Ltd come to our 2 acre lot and clear away all the dead, damaged trees, and all the over growth. James came out to do a quote and in less the 2 weeks the job was done. The price was resonable and both James and Bill were very professional. Bill the operator did an excelent job. He worked hard the entire time he was here. James stopped by several times while the job was happen, which is always nice to see. They took our disaster of a lot and made it look great. We are very pleased. Could not recommend them enough.

I am clearing out some of my land so I can put up fencing for cattle.Kudos to James McCurdy at Capital Grading Ltd. for a job well done!James brought in his mulching machine to clear through the brush in no time.James and his operator Bill are friendly, efficient and professional.James took the time to meet with me to discuss what was needed , and offered professional advice to ensure the job was done to my expectations.I would highly recommend this business.

Hired CGL to clear my lot for me. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Easy to deal with, on time, professional and experienced. I use CGL for all my projects now and don’t have enough good things to say about them. 5 stars is an understatement and I couldn’t recommend them more.

The best kind of company you can get - owner operator. When I called I got james himself the owner, he came out viewed the job, and explained how it would be best to tackle my project and made some suggestions. He provided a price right away which was reasonable, he came and did the work, we are more then happy with the entire experience.

James came and removed a old barn on our property and removed trees for a more then fair price and the best turn around time possible. Look forward to doing more work with him in the future and highly recommend him for any and all land clearing projects
