H&R Block

I've read some terrible reviews about this location but my experience was not the case. I called Friday February 15th at 2 p.m. and they were able to see me for 3 p.m. the same day. I was greeted kindly at the front door by the same man who happened to be doing my taxes. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend giving them a chance

I have found professional and helpful folks at this location! This year, Jason prepared my taxes when I dropped the paper work off. I really appreciate the excellent service, fair price and quick response. I live downtown London and this was very convenient. Thank you Jason.

Went to h&r for the first time and Karin was extremely helpful getting everything done in just a day and explained everything to me. I appreciate her work.

I initially was pleased with the professionalism and swift service I received. However, after several weeks of shenanigans, I cannot recommend this location or their services.I had done 7 years of back taxes with them in early December, and I was misled about the price. It ended up being $200 more than they said it would be. They opened up a credit card under my name without being clear about what it was or what the fees involved would be (they referred to it as opening up a temporary bank account) and after over 8 weeks of CRA not receiving my paper returns, I called to confirm they were sent out and the person who picked up the phone was the person who had initially done my taxes. He was incredibly rude and combative when all I wanted was confirmation that they were sent.All in all a very disappointing and frustrating experience and I will certainly not be doing my taxes with this company again.

I was very nervous to file my taxes as I hadn’t done so in the past few years. Jason, the employee who helped me, made it a very comfortable and stress-free process. I greatly appreciated his polite demeanour. Thank you Jason!

This place is great. I called them and they were able to see me the same day. I didn’t even have a 5min wait. My tax person was nice and very professional and broke down why I got back what I did as well as my GST and Trilium which most don’t go into that. I find that that the people who complain about this place are usually people who low/no returns or don’t come prepared. Little tip people you need I’d to file your taxes.

Not a good experience. The agent made an error while filing my taxes and its been two months I am struggling to get my refund. And I am being treated like it was my mistake. Not happy at all with the services!!! Won't recommend filing your taxes here.

I went to go do my 2020 taxs here and the process was really smooth. However, They never informed me of my option. When it was all said and done, Handed me a card and bill quite a sum larger than what they had listed. It would've been fine if I got my return within the time frame h&rblock but I've been waiting for 11 days and it still hasn't gone thru.

Second year in a row I took time off work to get my taxes done just to be told my appt early in the morning will be pushed back.I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism of your tax pros" and your inability to let me know beforehand that my appt was null.I will not return to thus location and will think twice before trying h and r block again.This complaint will be forwarded to head office."
