Never again. Cannot deal with ppl who dont know parts or basic measurements. 3 blocks from my house but always dissappoint. If i could go negative stars i would. Save your trip because even when they hold your part its wrong. Useless.

I ordered transmission fluid for my toyota rav4. After I used it found out it was wrong oil not aproved by toyota and I was informed to replace old oil completely I Should have flushed it but I didn't and now I am informed it is not possible to mix 2 fifferend transmission oil and have to replace it several time to clean out. This organisation didn't accept the mistake and said our system shows this is the right transmission fluid. Never again buy from them

So I phoned for parts and they were 60$ more than the competition!Sad !Just like lordco overpriced and out of touch with reality.But I guess someone has to pay for someone mansion .I don't recommend this company!Good luck

This store is well stocked and their customer service reps are very professional. They found what I needed quickly and even helped me to assemble the parts so I can install it without any problems. Easy access in The Burnaby area and parking is available on the street and at the lot behind the store. Prices are more than reasonable too. Strongly recommended.

Very happy with my purchase!! I have a Mazda CX-3 and needed a rear wiper blade replacement. I went to Canadian Tire and they said they can't get one because they don't have a good enough connection to get Mazda parts which made no sense. I drove to West Can Auto Parts and they said sure no problem it will be sent from the Surrey store. It was there the next day and what a Great price!! If you have a Mazda I would check here first for parts.
