BEWARE OF THIS COMPANYI hired this company for my site. They sent guards that did NOT speak a word of English and the worst thing is I caught the guard sleeping. It did not end there, when they sent me the bill they overcharged me and started threatening me if I didn't pay them.Report these guys to the RCMP.

I noticed one of their drivers cutting cars off on the highway and then flipping the bird at the others and continuing to drive poorly. I called to notify them and after a brief call they hung up on me. A very poor, non-professional response.

Overall excellent experience with Cypress Security. I requested a quote online and was contacted shortly after. Booking and having a guard arrive was made very easy by Jazz and I was informed when the guard was arriving and leaving as requested. This was my first time using Cypress and I will definitely hire again.

I hired Cypress to watch my inventory overnight during renovation. They provided me with a guard within short notice and guards never leave site unattended even though i was late 3 hours one morning. I highly recommended Cypress.
