ChrisSo I ordered my part on Monday and I had been told it will be here on Thursday, and I live all the way in Langley and S2S Motorsport was closed which I usually go to, anyways I ordered it because I needed it urgently and Thursday sounded good, Thursday came around,nobody had picked up my phone call from 8am-11am, then I had went there in to find out the parts aren’t even here, I asked for where the part was did not recieve any answers no location no nothing, then they said it’ll be here by Friday then Friday came around, got a phone call saying it’ll be here Monday and I need it like Monday worst comes to worst, after Monday came around and the manager had told me Tuesday now and delaying it and saying only 1 part came, like I needed the part in the time they said it, then he hung up the phone on me when I asked if they can Install it for me because my mechanic I had hired to do it was busy now, if you want your part to be delayed and like to be disrespected, please go to Five Star Motorsport and speak with the Parts Manager. I will never bring my service ever back here.

Awesome service. I had all my issues taken care of. All the recalls and warranty work done plus my routine servicing were done. Chris was awesome at phoning and letting me know the status of my repairs on several occasions. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I came here to buy a couple of helmets and 2 seat/storage units for 2 quads I recently purchased elsewhere. I wish I would’ve stopped here first as this experience was far more comfortable and professional. I ended up going back 2 weeks later and purchasing a quad from them. From the parts fella to the owner they made me feel comfortable and seemed extremely happy to help out. VERY REFRESHING!

Terrible place to deal with the owner is quite ignorant to be honest, very unprofessional, and rude wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and would recommend its worth the drive to the Polaris dealer in langley or else where!

We were looking for a new ATV last week so we contacted several Powersport dealers in the Chilliwack area. After deciding on the Polaris brand we commenced our purchase with Five Star Powersports. Our first points of contact were Chris (Parts) and Dustin (Sales). Description of the buying experience. Courteous, informative, patient, great communication, and accommodating with a few requests we made. People usually brace for pushy sales tactics but Five Star was anything but. We ended up purchasing an ATV in which the deal was fair for both ends. I highly recommend Five Star for those who want a great buying experience.
