Floradale Urgent Care now know as Dundas 400 Medical Clinicic

I went for a meet and greet with Dr Idris Alausa who is a British trained physician. He is very pleasant and thorough with good clinical acumen. He takes his time with you and gets to know you really well. Waiting times is good. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Google shows they have walk-in hours until 7pm but there’s no one there. Two other cars drove up while I was there.

Went there for Urgent care, Got doctors visit in 30 min. Not bad for a first visit at least doctor took time to listen.

Dr idris is my family physician. After having heard people complaining about lots of doctors refusing to listen and clinics with hour long wait times, i am happy to have found him and this clinic. He is very very patient and answers all the questions very well. Iv never had problems with his treatment so far ever. His diagnosis and treatment is spot on! Highly recommend him.

I am disappointed in this clinic. I was looking for a Spanish speaking doctor for my mother and came across this one who has Dr. Henriquez so we began the process to get my mom a family doctor after not having one for such a long time. In the times I was there, there was only one receptionist and she was running around and not accessible. She has an attitude and will speak over you and not accept any wrong doing. The first interaction with the doctor was over the phone and it sounded promising, when she got the in person appointment, months later, she was told to arrive early only for the clinic to be closed and multiple calls with no answer. Eventually the receptionist came out just to say it was open, because you just opened it.My mom thought she was going to be able to sit down and speak with the doctor and go over her health concerns and the doctor had an attitude with her and had booked her just for one thing. And to top it off, she gets a message saying the doctor is going on maternity leave so she didn't even get to see her properly and the purpose of getting a Spanish speaking doctor went down the drain. I would not recommend this clinic.

Such a lovely experience! The front desk people are wonderful and so is the doctor I saw this evening. Very patient and caring. I live an 1 hour away and definitely will come back for my future doctor needs

They have sign outside that says they’re accepting new patients for a doctor who speaks Spanish which is Dr Loriette Henriquez . I called twice to confirm with them and they say, there isn’t any doctors there that speak Spanish. Then asked for Dr Loriette Henriquez and they say she doesn’t work there. I wanted to book an appointment for my mom, because he has some health concerns, and wanted a doctor that speaks Spanish. Why would they have a sign like that outside their office; Misleading people. Unbelievable.

The staff is amazing! Razia at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with my 1.5 year old son. Dr Henriquez was also very sweet and took her time to see my son and listen to all my concerns. She was suppose to be off at 2 pm and waited to see my son. She didn’t make us feel rushed and took care of everything. My son had to get xrays done, she called me In the evening to let me know the results and answered any other questions I had. The best DR we have been to so far. She also went above and beyond and took care of us! Best walk in ever!
