Their team member who came out, George, was out within 24 hours to our facility, and he did a very thorough inspection with the knowledge to back it all up. I must say this was a surprise to me to see that Fire System of Michigan went to a cashier and got them to approve over $1700 worth of work when they dont have the authority to go in a walk in cooler without permission... this is unacceptable from a company of this size.... make me wonder if this is the first-time this has happened!!!

Terrible company all around ! to deal with. We spent over a 80k with them for a system for a new build out couple years back. They installed an out dated fire pannel was nothing but problems countless services calls since they would not warranty their work, they charged us to temporarily repair numerous issues every time , till finally one of their own techs said “I can’t believe you let them give you this pannel, we can’t even update the software in it it’s so out dated. At that point we paid our last balance and close the account and had the system removed by an other company and new one installed. Flawless work by gallagher I believe . Fire systems is still sending us bills for monitoring . We notified them numerous times we don’t event have their system any more we had to replace it . Yet somehow they are still billing for monitoring a system that does not exist. About 3-4 emails and phone calls to address the scanning billing issue and 2 years latter they still send bills for monitoring. Horrible experience all around .

Ryan did a very professional job of educating me on our system, checking the code-required items, and documenting it all with pictures and checklists. I even had some practice with the pull station.

From the beginning of the process including talking with the project manager, the start of the fire system install was very well managed. The day of install: The install workers that came to do the install went above and beyond to get the project done in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Fire Systems Of Michigan.
