Brampton Library - South Fletcher's Branch

I am a regular over here on weekends, where I get my 3 year old to the library. Library is amazing, but as my child gets hungry we move to the seating area near the customer service desk. The tables to the left are always, all the time occupied by adults playing cards, and it becomes very difficult and uncomfortable to feed my toddler on the blue row benches. It is an everyday thing for adults to play cards like it's a gambling den. I would strongly suggest the responsible committee to either take action or limit seating capacity for gambling activities and let some tables and chairs be alloted for people to use them to eat as intended.

I often go different branches of Brampton Library but at this branch staff is extremely rude.I have read many comments who felt same I don’t know why library owner or hight authority doesn’t pay attention

Library is a place where people can have a seat and concentrate on their readings , who have kids running all over the place and call it library.parents reciting their kids poems and stuff.Please learn the concept of libraryFor the future genius( kids) there should be a different section .And also hate is everywhere!

Nice place for a quick read or finishing school work/assignment

It is the best and longest serving library in the community. Though comparatively small to others, it exudes a sense of being eternal. The staff rearrange the furniture every few seasons and its refreshing to see the change. The newcomer settlement counselor is really good. Their desk is very good for immigrants seeking services, advice on cost saving practices and practicing your english verbatim. The staff are polite.

The librarian and other staff are super helpful. The place isn't as quiet as a library should be, but good enough to work/read in isolation. Some desks could have more charging ports. Overall, amazing!

Very noisy people use the phone ring times are on high level, disregarding library rules, open conference calls on laptops.Bad place for people that need to concentrate

Very good environment, good collection of books. Friendly and helpful staff.

April 2023 5*The library is located inside Sports complex and is very well maintained. The staff is super helpful.This is not big library so you will not find wide collection. However, there is good sitting area for you to work. There is play area for kids.There is restroom available. However there is no quite area.You can get printout from the library and they just charge 20 cent per page.
