We just started going to this vet with our new kitten. I'm very happy with our experience so far -- the vets and staff are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. They seem to have excellent availability for appointments and a nice clinic space.

We are incredibly thankful for Dr. Houston and the compassionate care provided by the entire team at Feltham Animal Hospital.It has become increasingly difficult to get our dog in for appointments at our primary clinic, and Dr. Houston truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to see our sick dog on short notice. During our appointment, she was incredibly thorough and took her time to listen and explain our options in detail.Their follow-up care was also amazing. A staff member got in touch with us the morning after our appointment, to check in on how our dog was doing and we received his test results shortly after. Impressive 10/10 experience!If you’re in search of kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctors and staff, I’d highly recommend Feltham Animal Hospital. Best vet office I've ever been to!

I changed to this vet because my old vet started doing an 'upselling' campaign that put me off. Money is tight for everyone these days, so I appreciate this team not pushing unnecessary treatments.

For years Feltham animal hospital has provided care for our cat Lola and now our dog Henry too! Thank you for all you do for our furry family.

The staff here are so friendly! Java, although hates the vet, doesn’t get as upset here. They are very knowledgeable with easy access to advise and information. While travelling they were easy to get a hold of and offered advice! Not cheap but what vet is and it is your family member you are taking care of!

I cant believe it took me this long to leave a review but we love this vet!!! We’ve been coming here since they opened with our 5 year old lab and lab puppy now. Dr Kennedy and Dr James are sooooo kind and caring. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment quickly, and have never doubted the care we received here! Our little guy is currently getting a wart removed under anesthesia and they’ve been so great throughout all of it!Not all vets agree with raw diets but anytime it’s brought up, I do not feel judged or shamed whatsoever, they just want to make sure your pet is getting balanced meals!Highly recommend this vet! Cant say enough good things.

Dr James provides clear information and works with us as partners to support our pet's health. The office staff are capable and responsive regardless of the reason we contact them. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kennedy was SO great with my pup Lucy. It was my first time bringing her in to see a vet after adopting her and I was nervous as she can be quite anxious in new environments. Emma was so wonderful with her, and the appointment was lovely from start to finish. She administered the vaccines effortlessly with no hiccups, and all of the other staff were also very friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend this clinic to everybody, and especially Dr. Kennedy if you’re looking for a vet that genuinely cares about their clients!

Terrible experience! No customer service whatsoever. Took our three puppies to get their shots. We had an appointment we're late ten minutes due to construction traffic and I was treated in a very condensing disrespectful way. Apparently, even though they should of set at least half and hour for us with the three puppies, our appointment had been cancelled and the doctor refused to see us. Its too bad, because we have seven dogs amongst my daughters and I and were going to start bringing them there, since our old clinic has been closed for some time and records of our dogs were transferred there.

This place is compassionate and understanding, but has the most amazing vet, Dr. James. She is very kind and sensitive to your needs and grasps the full knowledge of how one feels about their pets. I would highly recommend Feltham Animal Hospital to anyone.
