Three time in a row order was wrongHorrible customer serviceI worked at McDonals for years and was even store manager in Calgary. These consistent mistakes are unacceptable!!!I will not be coming back!!Do better

Very disappointed. Their F Poss machine was not working properly, would not read any of my cards. They blamed my cards, even though I had just use them at a different store, so I know it was the machine.

This store NEVER gets my order right! I went thru drive-thru and requested a Big Mac no onions. I even double checked at the window. There was a paper stating it was no onion. When I got home what do you think was on my burger, hmmmm? You guessed, ONIONS. I am fed up with their sloppy work and will not go to Rotten Ronnie’s again!

I went in to McDonald's to grab a tea and a coffee I stood at the counter because I was paying with cash. After waiting for 5 minutes being totally ignored even though 3 workers looked right at me . I was in a hurry and because the staff did not want to deal with the customer. I decided to use the self service till at this point that they offer the customer. I was still paying cash so I had to go back to the cash to pay. When the manager draged her feet over 5 minutes after standing there again. I politely informed her how I thought it was very rude and not very convenient being ignored at McDonald's I'm at the customer service was really lacking. At which point she said If you don't like it you're welcome to leave and not come back"I informed her that is exactly my intention and that her customer service was terrible.When she brought my tea back to me it felt cold. I realized after that that was due to the thermal cups that they had. But at the time I commented my tea feels cold.I repeated again that is terrible customer service. At this At this point she told me "get out and never come back again. That they don't need customers like me. " I took my tea and coffee and told her that I will be calling head office

The lady taking my order Dee Dee was a vile woman who was just terribly rude to me while I was trying to order. I understand it’s McDonald’s but there’s no need to be mean to every costumer. Apparently she’s also very mean and terrible to the other employees.

Whenever I pull up to the drivethru on the right side, I have to say hello" repeatedly. Meanwhile all the people on the left side drivethru get served immediately

My husband went to pick up a Big Mac Neal, a chicken nuggets meal , a filet of fish and 2 pies. He got the bags with the food and half way through home he decided I better check because lots of times stuff is missing it not right. Sure enough no pies. He goes back and they tell him now it’s wait time because they just make them so don’t have pies . Finally gets the pies comes home .All our meals are cold and disgusting , when I call and ask for the manager and tell him what it is about answer is yes we give you 2 new pies for free My pies were the only thing hot . When I argue with the manager I can give you a coupon for your next meal . Lousy snd disgusting service

Absolutely dismal!!! This has happened more than once. Ordered the food - had to wait 10mins - drove off - turned around 600m away as I realized they forgot part of the order - 2 pies. I had to wait again. Now the food is cold - fries are cold and the only thing that they can say is SORRY. They don’t do anything to make things right. Spoke to a manager on the phone- once home - again sorry with pathetic excuses. I am so tired of this happening in Coaldale- I know that it is staffed predominantly by teenagers but for the love of God don’t you think that they could get an order correct? Don’t you think that the Manager can effect any kind of change or reimbursement??!!! I could rant on but you get my point. Pathetic experience!!

McDonalds has always been hit or miss for me. Ok food but at least it was cheap. Prices have gone up too much over the last few years for food that's just ok ...that's a big miss for me!
