City Auto Towing

was so rude. called at 1AM and he chided me for calling at that time. They are supposed to be open 24 hours. He said he would call me back, laughing, and hung up on me without getting my number. (obviously he never called us back). We were stranded outside in the rain with a car whose engine had burst into flames and he couldn't have been more unpleasant or unprofessional. Would NOT recommend. Go with Mario's Towing. Super professional, fast, and did not charge an arm and a leg.

Lou was great! He was fast & efficient, got my broken truck to the dealer safely, and was very friendly. Thank you!You guys are my new go-to tow company, although I hope I won't be needing your services too often!

I've been buying, selling, and transporting cars for around 8 years, and towing isn't new to me. Kelowna, however, IS. I read the good reviews and figured I would give City Auto Towing a shot. What a mistake.The guy left us hanging for well over 1.5 hrs even though he said he was free. In fact, I had to call twice.After that, while loading the car onto the flat deck, he came ill-prepared, and knocked the muffler loose, damaging it. They then scraped my front bumper unloading it.Hung up on me twice, didn't listen to a damn thing I had to say, or instructions, and all in all, I'm really pissed off with this whole thing.Plus... $97 to move it three blocks, that was neat.

Terrible service. He said he could tow my truck at 1pm and wasn’t there until 3:30pm. I gave him clear intructions on how to get to the truck (right off the highway, super simple place to find) and he could not find it. I ended up having to drive to him and have him follow me to my truck. And as soon as he had the chance to speak to me there were no apologies for being late. All he says to me is I gave “very bad intructions”... Believe me when I say, I gave the clearest instructions possible.The only pro about any of the service was the price was good.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

My Jeep broke down in the middle of the road, I had just had shoulder surgery and was my first day since my surgery that I was allowed to drive, and I was unable to push the vehicle over more so had alot of angry people cursing me out for being in the way. Anywho i only needed it towed a few blocks to my house, after calling each tow company and being given an estimate of 120$ and up, I called City Auto Towing, they came within 10min, hooked me up and towed me home the whole while asking me if I was okay (my shoulder was just throbbing and I think the gentleman knew I was in pain). On top of that he only charged me 40$ I gave him 60 for being awesome.I will definitely be using these guys again.Thanks City Auto Towing!!

City Towing showed up in less than 10 minutes to get me towed after my truck broke down. The driver worked fast and was very professional. They'll be first on my list if/when I need help again.

Locked myself out of my car. They showed up very fast maybe 15 min, fair price, much cheaper than marios. I think I'll call them from now on.

The service was fine but the driver was distracted by another transport driver that was on the premises. They got into a confrontation about him holding him up in his schedule. We were not impressed with this conduct. Could’ve been handled more professionally. The driver from Sysco transport was completely out of line.

Best rates in Kelowna. Literally half the price of Marios. Staff is easy to talk to and very friendly. Time between quoted show up and actual show up was way off, but that was only due to the previous call being stuck in a snow bank worse than expected. No fault of the company themselves. Will call again for my towing needs.

Not fast as the other reviews implied. Said he'd arrive in 45 minutes to an hour.. it's been an hour and a half, I called him again and he still hasn't shown up.
