I went early morning to the medical care and the receptionist was moody maybe too tired in the morning but could help me anyway. After waiting for 5 minutes i could see the doctor, who is really competent and helpful. The price charge consultation 160$ was also fine and the medicine helped me.

If there were minus stars I'd give them a -10. I WAS their patient, for about 20 years. When Dr Murphy ran the clinic things went very smoothly. I'm currently in Ontario & phoned because I need a refill of medication for my heart, cholesterol & diabetes, but I've been told that they 'no longer do telephone consultations' - so basically after all these years as their patient, I'm now left to fend for myself! Thanks for nothing - I couldn't be less impressed. There's NOTHING professional about that kind of response to a long standing senior client.

I was a walk-in patient and was so lucky to have Dr. Sharma.Although still felt the visit was a bit rushed, but Dr. Sharma was able to answer my concerns, and was willing to provide the help that I needed. Also I am grateful that he would phone me for some follow up.Honestly for ALL the walk-in clinics in Canada, Granville Medical is the best for sure. Receptionist was also very friendly considering how busy they always were.Thanks for the care. I had many bad experiences visiting walk-in clinics, this clinic made me feel hope again.

Thank you for accepting walk-ins when most clinics only take appointments nowadays.I arrived on a weekday at around 11 and was able to see Dr. Sharma in an hour. He was patient and helpful. Not only did he prescribed medicine but also took time to explain the infection I had which was highly appreciated.If the clinic accepts family doctor I would definitely sign up for it.

While a little rough on the edges, and by no means the glitziest walk-in clinic around town, I was really pleasantly surprised by the care I received here. After many bouts of bronchitis, I needed a medical professional to diagnose and properly treat my condition. Dr Yu (I believe was his name) not only provided above-standard care, he took the time to adequately diagnose me rather than shuffle me out the door like most walk-in clinic doctors. Thanks to his appropriately prescribed medication (which has not always been the case in the past with other walk-in doctors), I had a much quicker recovery than usual. Really grateful for the quality and caliber of the doctors here!

This was my first time at Granville Medical Clinic this morning .The receptionist was very efficient ,the waiting area is small but quiet and clean.After 40 minutes I was able to see Dr.Dhaliwal. He was very polite and patient , not rushing to leave for the next patient.The clinic is attached a pharmacy and the pharmacist was very helpful to look up my insurance policy and she was very knowledgeable to answer all my concerns about the medicine.I’ll definitely recommend this walk-in clinic.

Initially, I was quite apprehensive about visiting a walk-in clinic due to the reviews I saw on Google. However, my experience with Dr. Sharma completely changed my perspective. He was not only friendly and professional, but also took the time to patiently address all my concerns. I was truly impressed to discover that Vancouver boasts such an exceptional walk-in clinic in town.

I went in at 7am for a walk-in appointment and everyone was super respectful and considerate. Dr. Sharma took his time, I did not feel rushed, he was friendly and ensured that we had analyzed various possible solutions.

5 stars for the receptionists who were patient and kind and went above and beyond. Thanks for charging my phone so sorry! Very efficient, and bonus short wait time. Thanks I hate doctors appointments and you made it as easy as possible. Much Appreciated. Give them a raise!
