Stephan was very responsive and did a great job at fixing our blocked kitchen drain and then the washer line. Not once did I hear him complain about it. He was professional, polite, and always had a smile. I appreciated that he took good care of us and will definitely be using him for other jobs.

I had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. I hired the wrong guys 1st. Picture Perfect Contacting came out and fixed the damage that was caused by these previous so called plumbers going up on my roof and shooting 1500 PSI water down my vent causing all my lines to stop draining. Stephan and Elliot didn't just fix the problem, they did so quickly professionally and without leaving a mess. My plumbing is fantastic now. I was so impressed I have already discussed the next job here with them. I know who to call now. Thanks so much guys!

I needed my hot water tank replaced, 2 of my family members had a great experience with Stephan and referred me to him. He was super quick to respond and had my water tank replaced and installed the next morning. Both Stephan and his business partner were professional and easy going. Good value, overall pleased with the service :)

It’s really too bad I had to give him a single star. If you’re looking for a contractor to show up on time, look for another one. First, Stephen didn’t show up to quote the job as he was too busy. When I did get a quote, Stephen over quoted me by double, just because he didn’t have time to do the job. All he had to say was I don’t have time to do the job. So if you are looking for someone who is honest, he is not your guy. Unfortunately these contractors know there is a shortage of contractors to the amount of demand.

I've hired Stephan and Picture Perfect on two occasions now and am very pleased with the service and quality of work. Easy to communicate with over phone, text or email and very responsive. I plan on hiring them again in the future for other jobs. So far they've replaced an old hot water boiler with a new electric hot water tank, replaced floors, installed a new tiled shower, installed toilets, replaced deck boards and fixed up some drywall. All good quality work. A+

I'd rate a zero if I could. This guy had unprofessional subcontractors do his work. These guys didn't come prepared with the right tools and had to borrow mine. They got spray foam all over the floors, walls, and on my clothes in a nearby closet. They did a terrible job installing my doors. I was also tasked with installing my own door knobs and lock because the subcontractors were useless. The owner refuses to come to the house to see the work his guys did. I'd pay more money and get an actual professional to do your home renovations. Don't waste your time with this headache.
