extremely happy with their service. my dog is just under a year old and isn’t very easy to deal with when around new people/stressed. they took great care of him and both the owners came out with smiles on their faces when i arrived. professional and friendly service to not only the animals but the customers! 10/10

Took my dog there and they cut his nails so short he wouldn’t stop bleeding and they tried to keep me busy when I came to pick him up so I wouldn’t notice they were still dealing with his bloody paws! Never take my dog there again

We take our nervous Aussiedoodle (total COVID pup!) to Karen for regular baths and cuts. Karen is efficient, kind, and patient, which is terrific for Echo who seems to get mats everywhere. We're very happy with her work.

My Black Shepherd and Giant Schnauzer always come home smelling clean and looking fresh! Nails shortened, matted hair and 'eye goobers' gone! Thank you!

Definitely do not recommend. Took my Cairn Terrier in to be hand stripped which I was assured was something they do. When I picked him up she informed me that she was unable to finish due to her hands being tired. Only his head and back were stripped, his sides , chest and legs were not touched and he looks ridiculous. On top of that, had to pay full price and would need to go back in 2 weeks for her to try and finish him and pay full price again. If you care about what your dog looks like I would suggest finding another groomer.
