Drove all the way from London to this location for an mri only for me to get there and have them say that they called the day before to reschedule. Checked my call logs and voice mails, and no they did not. They say sorry sir your rescheduled appointment is at 3:20AM next Tuesday can you make it? The question isn't whether I can make it or not. The real question is will you have me? Negative 500 stars. Call them before your appointment to see if they rescheduled without your knowledge"

I found the process very well set-up andprofessional.Pre appointment procedures were efficient, friendly and well organized.My technician was very respectful and courtious, and it was was clear she clearly experienced and professional.

We were able to get an MRI appointment faster than at a hospital. The staff were friendly and professional. The results came quickly too. Filling out the forms at home was very frustrating though. On the whole, I would recommend this place.

Not sure why they have such low rating.I have been here three times and all the time my experience was really good.The receptionists were polite, accommodating and clear. I knew exactly what to do and what I needed.This place was also not super busy and it looks like they are good with managing their time slots better.There is ample parking spaces available in front of the clinic entrance and also across the building. They would have to work on their handicapped accessible parking.The machines that are being used seemed old but still working.The entrance to the clinic is handicapped accessible.Masks are still required, if you forget, they can provide one.Lastly, they do follow up on the phone prior to the appointment. I would recommend ask them how you can be prepared for your appointment and they can help you to improve your experience.

The technician at the MRI clinic was very polite and caring. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and explains everything. Which helped me stay relaxed... Much better experience I had here than my previous experience at another location. Thank you.

I have had 2 visits to the clinic for tests and a virtual consultation with Dr. Sevan Evren to discuss test results and have had a very positive experience each time. The technicians and receptionists are pleasant, efficient and most helpful. It was a pleasure talking with Dr. Evren and getting such clear, concise feedback and his undivided attention. This great service, at this clinic, has not gone unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.

The process of emailing the MRI requisition was quick and easy, and my MRI was readily booked within days -prompt, efficient, without any delays whatsoever. Staff was cordial and the technician, Alexis, calmly spoke to me throughout the procedure about what was happening, as well as the timeframe. *Highly recommend KMHLabs for anyone WAITING to have an MRI booked anywhere else. **Obtain a copy of your requisition from your doctor.

Receptionists and technicians were friendly and helpful. Appointment was on time.Report was sent promptly to my doctor’s office. I got a copy of the report. It was clear and comprehensive.I’m glad I went to KMH. The wait-time was much better than GRH. I don’t feel that the quality of the MRI report was compromised by choosing KMH.

I just noticed that I received an email asking for a rating on my service at KMH in Kitchener and missed sending in my feedback, so I wanted to take the opportunity now. I had an Appt on Jan 13th in the evening for an MRI. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The technician, I believe her name was Tatiana, was excellent! She put me right at ease, did everything to make me comfortable and was extremely polite and friendly. Please pass along once again to Tatiana and the whole team how much I appreciate everything they did to make my visit a great experience.

Excellent experience. Technician made me feel confident that I was well cared for by giving me all the information needed. Showed concern for my tolerance of closed in area. Very pleasant and caring. I came out thinking 'Well that wasn't bad at all.' Thank you.
