Wonderful in home service by Dr.Jassal. He is a very kind and patient practitioner, and explains everything to his patients thoroughly. I was very content with the healthcare service I received. Highly recommend Outreach Optometry.

My family and I had an excellent experience with our first mobile eye examination with Dr. Jassal. All the equipment and frames were brought to the comfort of our home. I felt like we were taken care of even better then we would have been at a regular office. Dr. Jassal made sure he explained everything clearly and that we understood everything going on. I highly recommend Outreach Optometry to everyone.

It was very convenient getting my exam on the island. I was a first time customer, but the receptionist and the doctor were both friendly. The appointment started a few minutes late (due to a late ferry) but was completed in a timely matter.Overall it was a pleasant experience.

My mother was in need of an eye exam. She lives in a care home and is immobile. I thankfully found Outreach Optometry who do mobile exams. I spoke to Ashley who was extremely helpful in guiding me in getting mom her appointment and it only took about one week from contacting them to getting the appointment. Mom had Dr. Panesar. She was very pleased with the service and is excited to get her new lenses and glasses. They brought in an assortment of frames for her to choose from. They are even going the extra mile to put her on the list for a yearly exam so I don't have to try and remember. I would highly recommend them for somebody that requires a mobile unit to come to them. There prices are extremely responsible.

I've previously tried a lot of optometrists in Nanaimo and Dr. Jassal at Outreach Optometry is by far the best. They are excellent at customer service, extremely knowledgeable, excellent with children and very personable. Not only did we get a lot of questions answered but we got very thorough exams and help choosing affordable glasses that really suit us and that's hard to do for a teenager's first pair, Ashley aced it.

Glasses took longer than expected, did not fit and prescription was not correct. I asked them to adjust the Glasses, they just heated the frame and did nothing for the lens.

Excellent service. Dr. sent me to Emergency- just in case. He was correct to do so. Saved my vision. Good to have people so knowledgeable taking care.Thank you.Bob

I still can't believe that Dr Jassal was willing to come from the island to see my mom (she lives in Langley!). He was also so nice and friendly, the whole experience was a pleasure. I really am at a loss for words - we were pretty desperate to get some help for my mom and you all came through for her in such a big way. Thank you very much for offering this service. I know it means the world to my mom to be able to read again.

It was so nice to find a mobile optometrist, our family has been looking for a Doctor to come visit our housebound grandmother. Dr.Jassal does a great job with his patients. Awesome firm to deal with! Staff were so professional to deal with starting with Ashley who handled everything with a flair and very professional with all my questions! Dr. Panesar was also a delight! He arrived exactly on schedule and explained all the procedures he was doing and the items I should be aware of. I picked out new glasses and am thrilled with the find of Outreach Optometry!
