I called this window cleaning business and booked a free estimate along with a time and day they would show up. Recieved two text stating someone will show up Monday between 8 am and 11am. Someone will call my phone 15 to 30 minutes prior to arrival. I got a second text saying the new time will be between 11am and 1pm with a call prior to arriving. No show or not even a call to let us know they could be late. I am bed ridden with broken leg issues and wife waited all that time to talk to their representative before she could go grocery shopping.The tardiness and lack of consideration to even let us know they have time issues says everything about this business.

Just wanted to say 'Thanks' for a job 'Well Done!!'. The boy's arrived on time, (actually early!), but with a phone call to let me know they were on their way. Men in Kilts sent Kevin to clean my gutters. I didn't think they had been done for at least year or two being the new owner since January. There was lots of build up and flooding.Kevin was efficient he also agreed with me and he did a great job in -2 weather! I am very grateful. This is my second wonderful experience with this business and they will remain my go to people. Thank you so much!

Employees driving while talking on their phone, he sat at the green light because he didn’t realize it even changed and then when we started taking videos he gave us the finger, again we have proof so if these are the kind of drivers this company hires don’t use them, look up the rate of people who die daily because of distracted driving from cvor licenced drivers
