Avoid this place at all costs! I have never written a bad review for a company before but I feel like I must do this to save others from going through the same problem.A couple months ago I got a filling done here. Unfortunately, Dr. Nalini put the filling too deep to the point where it started damaging my nerves. I was in excruciating pain and had to get a root canal to repair the tooth Nalini had damaged. Although I’m no professional, fillings are routine, common problems that everyone has. To mess up such a simple procedure raises some questions about the competency of this office.Went I started looking deeper I realized the some of my family and friends at this office had the EXACT SAME problem! I know at least 3 people who went through the same thing. If you read some of the other google reviews, you’ll see even more patients with the same experience of having poorly done fillings! At this point it’s no coincidence. Either they are unqualified or are doing this on purpose to earn money.Please save your teeth and do not go to this place! Whatever you do, do not have a filling or any more serious procedures done here. It will only cause more problems! Will never be going back again.

Dr. Nalini and her team are all truly kind professionals. It's clear they love the work they do in the way they approach their patients. Always great customer service and every visit you feel welcomed. I have been going there for years.NS Dental provides a high level of detailed and personal attention, and visits are quick and efficient.I would highly recommend NS Dental team.

I’ve been coming to Markham NS Dental for quite some time and can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve been. The staff are amazing and ensure my needs are always met. I would definitely recommend to others who are looking to get serviced with an enjoyable experience! Thank you!!!

Needed a crown and was quoted the price. Went in for the treatment and was told need cleaning first ($400) made next appointment for crown Went in and was told need cleaning first Cleaning #2 another ($400) still no crown. Told must come in again, Went in told I need two crowns. Am I being played?? I only make $100 a day and I cannot afford this kind of messing around. I think this clinic is a rip off!!

I would have to say NS Dental made me so happy after my incident today. I chipped my tooth and i had been in a serious trauma where I needed to find a resolution asap, luckily NS Dental was still open at the time and we had reached at about 7PM. The dentist had filled in my slightly chipped left front tooth and bonded it as well. The process was easy simple and quick I am so happy that this dentist office was quick to operate on me. Deserves 10 stars if I could give it to them. Thank you NS Dental Team

This is an awesome place. My whole family has been coming here for the last 4 years and the service is excellent. Can't think of going to any other place. Thanks to the whole team at NS Dental.

My family and I have been going here for 10+ years. The doctor is very kind and friendly and receptionists are always welcoming. Had my Invisalign treatment here for 6 months and I love my new smile. Overall wonderful Dental Office and experience!

Excellent dental workplace environment and customer service. I was a co-op student at Markham NS Dental and was grateful for the opportunity to work with the friendly staff and team. They provide a variety of services from dental cleanings to orthodontic work. A family-friendly and clean environment with caring and educated staff. Overall, would recommend for quality services and friendly staff.

Went for cleaning, first time at this place. Felt the first cleaner snap my upper permanent retainer. The clinician then came in to check the work and I told her my wire was snapped. She checked it and said nothing was there and that I was probably just imagining it. Went to Liberty Orthodontist once everything opened up for the New Year. I walked in January once everything opened back up from the winter break and they told me it was definitely a clean break where they couldn't just cement it they would have to replace the entire retainer and I would have to book a longer appointment that costs $300 (I would like to point out that NS Dental does not have the tools to replace an entire retainer when they break it during a session so I believe they ignored it at the moment in their best financial interest to just ignore their damage). I was going back to my University town that week I had to book it in the summer and by that time a gap had formed in my teeth.I had left several messages to NS Dental inquiring about them lying concerning my broken retainer. One year passes these people finally call me asking for more money for more cleaning. I ask them why is the only time I hear from them is when they want money and not accountability when I left messages concerning reimbursement.They apparently had no documentation of any of my messages and the manager Victim Blamed me for not doing everything in power to reach out to them, why didn't you email why didn't you come in

Overall good experience. The service was good and the cleaning was painless. The staff did a great job cleaning my teeth and gave me excellent advice and tips on how to maintain my teeth. Also, staff gave me a free cleaning when my insurance didn’t cover the cost. Everybody was so kind, friendly, respectful and had such an optimistic mindset during my visit.
