Don’t bother spending your money here. My kids get popcorn chicken go bucks and you spend $7 on one and get like 5 popcorn chicken and the rest fries. The wraps were made very poorly and you don’t even get tomato’s anymore. They gave me like a pinch of lettuce on it. I asked them to remake my wrap better and they said that’s the standard way they make them and he would make it the same way. No remorse or help to resolve the issue. KFC sure went downhill. Very cheap portions for the money you spend.

The pictures explain it all. Waited 25mins for chicken and got this. Oil is literally black and the chicken was so greasy. Fries are solid hard as well. Those fryers need a new oil change, thats disgusting.

Lol because it totally takes 20 mins to make one item, what’s the point of a drive thru if you send everybody to the front and make them wait?

I was hungry, so I ordered KFC on my way home from Martensville. And by the time I got into town it was ready. By the time I got home my truck smelled like supper inside, boy was I ready to eat.Good, fast, always consistent.

Ordered takeout, Monday December 20th. Got the 6 piece bucket with 2 large sides (macaroni salad and biscuits), a Big Crunch sandwich and Popcorn chicken. The Big Crunch sandwich and Popcorn chicken turned out fine; the dipping sauce was forgotten about though. Had to wait 25 minutes for chicken to cook (was notified about this before I ordered, so no harm no foul. I agreed to it). Macaroni salad was ok, pretty standard. Not sure what the ratio is supposed to be on the dark meat to white meat in my previously mentioned 6 piece bucket. Recieved only dark meat. But the biscuits... sweet baby jesus the biscuits. So cooked" they where hard as a rock and burnt as well; so burnt the entire takeout bag stunk of it. How in the hell did someone working here think that it was ok to serve this to someone? I wouldn't have even cared if someone had approached me and asked if I wanted a different side

We ordered from Skip The Dishes and they found our address this driver asked if it was the place where I lived and I told him YES and he just drove off with our 100 dollars worth of food. I don't blame KFC for this but now Skip The Dishes says they delivered it when we did not get anything at all especially our refund! Such a scam!

where's the rest of my wrap?!? we ordered 2 combos and both wra0s looked like this, disappointing to say the least. The fries were undercooked and they were out of fountain pop so gave us each a can...

We used the drive-thru on Apr21 b/w 8:30-9ish. The staff seemed like a zombie and ask our order 3x. We had a small order- 10 hot wings, 3pc chix combo. It was way more than 10mins already and hadn't got it still, for the record, we were THE ONLY customer. None at the dining, only us in the parking. So hubby decided to get in, there the staffs having a chill-chat. Hand the order without a bit of apology. The staff there shouldn't be in the food industry. Sucks all the way.

This afternoon, I went for a lunch and ordered their new hot & crispy combo, I would say the chicken was properly cooked perhaps It was not the chicken just a skin only.. Lol. Frankly speaking kfc is loosing their charm day by day by serving these kind of recipes..
