The very definition of Toxic Workplace. The main prodction mgr's some ancient witch who couldnt design her way out of a paper bag. The Editor's co-owner w her husband who acts as publisher. She herself doesnt know anything about design or news. Every cliché about small-town newspapers is here... avoid

The town paper is pretty great. They cover a wide range of stories, but I wish there was a way to report crime with more detail and/or a little quicker. The other local news options like, Lakeland Connect" tend to be a little faster."
