The service is great.. staff is amazing and they actually know what they are doing. I purchased prescription sunglasses a few months ago an noticed a small scratch on one of the lenses. Mike couldn't do enough to get the issue rectified.

Mike encouraged me to try the mono-vision option and recommended a very comfortable brand of daily wear contacts. After a few weeks of adjustment I was able to enjoy the comfort of wearing contacts again when I need to and I am extremely grateful to his professional advice and great customer care.Of course I very much enjoy the glasses I got there too.

Paula's customer service was excellent. I finally picked the pair which Paula first recommended. She made the entire process super fun and made me feel at ease by quickly claiming my insurance for me. Great team and I walked out wearing my new favorite prescribed glasses in less than 30 minutes.
