I was introduced to Michelle during one of her free webinars on strength training. Right away I was impressed by her dedication and knowledge to strength training, her profession and her desire to connect with women.I was unsure what my goals were at first, I am a new Mom and just knew that I wanted to be better and stronger as whole for myself and my son. Michelle collaborated with me to develop my personalized Strong Mama Program. At every moment in our journey together she was compassionate, resourceful, patient, professional yet personable, knowledgeable and truly so much more. She and the program she developed really is the whole package! Michelle helped me with a fitness plan in 2021. I had weights and a stationary bike but they just sat for years. Michelle is awesome, patient, intelligent, and down to earth. She helped me set actionable steps/goals. Michelle definitely dispels any misconceptions of a traditional fitness trainer! She will help you overcome your fears of getting started, being injured, or just anxiety or self doubt! I would highly recommend her to others.

I came to know MIchelle following a medical assessment. I was recovering from a severe concussion and was determined to resume my strength training. Michelle has been extraordinary at working with me to help rebuild my strength and confidence. More than that, she focused on the importance of stretching and breathing - very holistic. Moreover, I was convinced that I needed a trainer/coach in person to be effective and she has taught me to be independent, based on her programming style. Michelle is truly exceptional and I would highly recommend her!
