Absolutely great work! They helped with insurance and getting car rental. Got the car back cleaned with the best interior cleaning I’ve received too! It made a huge difference to the entire experience! I really appreciate their friendly staff and the attention to detail.

This is that shop you always wished you could find. Friendly and first class work. No traces of overspray. Your car comes back to you exactly as it was before the collision so that you can't tell anything ever happened. The other good reviews here tell it like it is.

Top notch service and so friendly. Dom & Ed took care of the insurance repairs in the most painless way. They even worked with Enterprise to have the rental car there when I dropped my vehicle off and took the rental back for me when I picked my vehicle up. They even gave the interior a fantastic detail which blew me away. Their customer service and work is impeccable!

THESE GUYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. Seriously. I had a rock go right through my front bumper. And needed the full bumper replaced. They answered all my questions and took care of absolutely everything. Rental car was sorted out, super quick and friendly service. Talked to my insurance directly, AND they cleaned the interior of my car!! I would give more then five stars if I could. Going to an auto body shop as a younger woman can be intimidating, but everything went so smoothly and they were over the top wonderful, and while I hope I don’t need any work done on my car for a while, If I ever do, I will trust Oakland Auto body and go back in a heart beat. 100% recommend!! :)

I cannot recommend this place enough! I came in after someone backed into my front drivers door. They assessed the damage and gave me a quote the same day. They communicated every step of the way and got my car back to me ahead of schedule. They also surprised me with a car detail inside!

After my car was in a minor accident I was very happy that Oakland Autobody was on the preferred vendor list for my insurance company. I had an unfortunate fender bender when someone backed into my parked car on the street, and Ed and his team came highly recommended from my own mechanic at Napa on Upper James. Ed and the Oakland Auto Body team were very responsive, gracious, and really kind - something we need more of during these times. I am really satisfied with the work they did to get the parts (hard to get them right now!) and get it done perfectly. They also did a full interior cleaning of my car, and now it feels almost brand new again!! Would highly recommend this crew over and over to friends in town. Thank you, Ed.
