What a hidden gem. Outstanding customer service combined with great products you won't find anywhere else. I won't be giving Amazon or any other online stores a single dollar toward my garden & I look forward to continuing business with this awesome shop.EDIT*** After spending months building a relationship with Vasili & getting my garden set up I thought I’d never shop anywhere else. Recently I met the owner of the shop who was not interested in me or my garden & told me he could not get me the items I needed.. that they did not exist. (despite having purchased 4 there). Only interested in selling whatever is on the shelves - not interested in problem solving or relationship building. Just wants your money & when he didn’t get that he was quick to dismiss me. I’m sure Belleville or other stores will appreciate my business.

Originally I read it this place for stars when I first went there however the owner has increased in stock and the new employee that serves to me last time I was in was extremely knowledgable and friendly keep up the good work a business definitely going in the right direction

GET THIS!!!!: Refused to give therapeutic medical cannabis advice over phone what a joke. Told me that I had to come in and show them my license I am not travelling an hour for a quick question that takes 2 mins to answer. Shows a lot about support of us on medical marijuana grow help and shows us the right things to get maximum thc they don't care about their customers obviously afraid of power of the law enforcement intimidating them. If I wasn't licensed I wouldn't ask ...duh!!Permanently lost a customer....

Great store. Went in for the first time and the staff was amazing. Explained very clearly questions I had about some products. Great pricing.

Well organized store and the manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have tons of houseplants as well as are starting to grow vegetables indoors and the store manager was an enormous help - a lot more help than many other hydroponics stores offered. Also stocks leca clay pellets -- a must have for all the Orchid lovers out there.

I have visited this store frequently over the last few months and have nothing but praise for the customer service I have received from Vasili. As a newbie to hydroponics he has given me loads of good information and referred me to great websites and youtubes to further my education. As a result of Vasili, I chose to spend my money on products from the store, based on his recommendations. He is patient and very knowledgeable. Clearly he is not willing to engage in any illegal stuff - but customers seeking this type of advice should understand that doing so would place him in a vulnerable position with the current law. I will be back for sure!

By far the cleanest and most organized store I've been in. Whether it's about products or troubleshooting cultivation issues the store manager is an absolute wealth of knowledge and always willing to share and help point you in the right direction.I would 100% recommend this store and will continue to bring my business here.

One of the best resources I have is this store and the expert advice by the staff. Always quick to suggest options and encouraging to the new growers like me. Great prices and great staff always end in a great experience.

Called previous day and talked about coming in for some help,info and purchases, explained that wife has cancer and had applied to grow cannabis as the oils where extremely expensive to buy so we wanted to have everything ready when license arrived. He told me he could definitely help and would see me at 10 am . Got there just as doors opened and introduced myself so he would remember. He just stood there and asked what he could to help, told him my name again and about the conversation we had on the phone, he didn't remember!!! So told him what I was in for, then out of the blue he asked to see my growers license, told him AGAIN we are waiting for it and haven't started anything as we don't have plants or supplies but would like to be prepared ahead. He then said he needed to see my license before he could discuss anything about cannabis!!???? Since when did you need a license to talk about it? He then asked about helping so I said I need some chemicals, books , whatever to learn about This, he AGAIN asked for to see the license, just looked at him and asked why didn't he mention it the day before when we talked, just stood there looking with no comment. Personally would not recommend this place unless you really need the product or know what you want, WOULD NOT TRUST this guy for any info. Almost 45 minute drive one way for me to go there, what a waste of time this guy is.

Great store, service, and selection. I was only in briefly to pick up some soil, but the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend visiting this store.The negative review below is way out of line and unnecessary. The medical cannabis industry is no joke and in no way should a business owner be expected to divulge any information that would put them and or their business in jeopardy.
