A&G AirPlus Heating and Cooling

We were having issues with our pilot light in our gas fireplace and called A&G. They sent a service technician within a couple of days. Bob was very thorough and quickly determined the cause. Bob had to order a replacement part and came back to install it as promised. He also did a tune up and cleaned the fireplace at the same time. He was polite and had a blanket to protect our floors and I was happy that he practised Covid precautions while here. I would use C & G again in the future if needed.

Our installation crew, Sean and Adam, arrived exactly as scheduled for Furnace and Water Heater Installation. They had mats to protect the flooring and were careful while carrying out the old heater and bringing in the new one. Installation was clean and swift. They got right to work and knew what they were doing. Also, the customer service representative that I spoke with when making the appointment was very nice and helpful. She certainly knew what she was doing. All together the best demonstration of service as scheduled that I can remember having received from any company. Well done and thank you. A&G Air Plus technician, Bob, arrived on time and was very efficient in determining the problem with my gas fireplace. The needed replacement part was ordered quickly and within a week the fireplace was repaired and working again. Bob explained the problem clearly and even explained how to take apart my other fireplace to be cleaned. I found the service very professional. Safety precautions were taken as well. I am very pleased with the service.

The technician diagnosed the fireplace problem quickly and had the ordered replacement part installed within days. Even when a part proved defective, he returned quickly and installed the new piece without any question - or further cost. Annoyed that an original part was defective, but there was no dispute as to responsibility. Can't ask for much more than that.

I called A & G Air Plus Heating and Cooling at 6am and they sent a technician at 11 am.The technician really knew his work well. I could see he was a real expert. He identified the problem and fixed it. Also, he did some preventive maintenance too.

Today was my first time using A&G, and I was IMPRESSED! I had called yesterday afternoon for pool heater service, and this morning it was repaired! Tom was very friendly and professional. I have used this company several times for gas fireplace, central air furnace maintenance and repairs. They have always been prompt to respond. Today, we had furnace replacement. Their prices are reasonable. The tech has always been polite and courteous and has always taken the time to explains solutions and options. Surfaces in home were protected with drop cloths and any mess was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company.

This was our first time using A & G Air Plus, and they were great! Tom came to service our gas fireplace and diagnosed the problem very efficiently. He immediately ordered the part needed and said it would be available in a couple of days. It was, and he was booked to come back the next day, which he did. It was very fast, and professionally done. He cleaned everything, including the glass panel on the front of the fireplace, and again worked very efficiently. Highly recommended!

Our gas fireplace would not light up after being shut down all summer. We called a&g air plus and got an appointment for a check up very quickly. When the technician came in he went to work right away and diagnosed the problem. He explained the problem, what parts would be needed and calculated a cost for repair. We agreed to the service and the ordered parts arrived the following week. The office called and made an appointment with us. At the agreed upon date, the technician called ahead of his arrival and was on time. He replaced a valve, the pilot light assembly and the power switch. After he cleaned and tested the fireplace he wrote up the bill exactly as previously estimated. The fireplace looks and works like new. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company.
