Went to get my battery replaced after calling CAA for them to refuse to sell me said battery to fix my car. Wesley I think it was; was a great help in changing the battery despite my cars security refusing to start after the fact. He researched and found that it would take 10 min for the car to accept the new battery and allow it to start. I was so thankful for their commitment to help me, and get me back on the road. Bye Bye, Mr. Lube, I know where I'm coming back to in the future for my oil changes. Excellent service all around.

Hi driving crazy world.I'd say my experience here is in line with most the other comments. There are a couple fellas here that take this job super seriously and by default it shows in the service. The rest are also, seemingly, great workers who do a thorough job. Quick too! Yes they have you in and out within 15 minutes, usually. They explain things if you ask, as simple as, why would I use synthetic?" They will always go through their work and inspection in detail and of course make professional suggestions as to upgrades or additional services

All right service i guess. The tech told me i would be done in 20 minutes 3 times so they need to figure out timings but its a quick lube, can't expect much. Bigger problem is parts, like during other services in the past they didnt have the parts I needed to do a full service on my vehicle. Today they were missing the cabin air filter $49.99. They are losing lots of business because of a lack of supplies.

This location is the ONLY location I will go to to get my oil changed. The staff here is super friendly, efficient and approachable. They never pressure me into any services, great me with a smile, treat each other with respect and communicate super well! Fantastic customer service, thank you so much for all your hard work!!

I had the BEST experience today at Jiffy Lube on Colborne St! It had been months since the last oil & filter change, so I took the car to Jiffy Lube. The fellows there were very friendly and helpful. After checking the car, they said it did not yet need any oil or filter change and the inspection was FREE! If I had gone to another oil changer, I'm pretty sure they would have just done the oil/filter change and charged me around $100. I HIGHLY recommend Jiffy Lube!

Great service and great staff. They didn't try to oversell me on anything - merely pointed out what needed attention/changing. I've been there a number of times and continue to use them for my oil changes.

This was my first time using Jiffy, and I will definitely be back! The service team was friendly and knowledgeable, and offered me some choices in level of service (oil type, etc), and let me know what the prices would be up-front. They did everything quickly and efficiently, and I was impressed by the communication among the team members. All in all, a top notch job done quickly and well!
