Bought a few art sets for our daughter. Great quality and price. Friendly staff

All I could find or see for staff was the picture frame employee and 1 cashier. I couldn't find what I was looking for and the cashier had no clue. The store was very low on many ribbon colours & variety. Overall a very disappointing visit.

Excellent selection with some great prices. I asked for help from the framing customer service lady but she was way to busy looking at her phone to answer three simple questions. Other than that, this store has great items and if you use the coupons and watch for deals it's a great store for Thunder Bay.

Basically has every project ingredient you could imagine. Great selection.

Love this store ,staff are always nice,polite, curtis, and willing to help,and their prices are good too.Thank you Michael's craft store employees cause without you this store probably won't exist. Merry Christmas to all.

Purchased large photo frames here, they had stock and decent prices.

There isn't very many employees here.It's hard to get any assistance and when you finally find someone to ask that person is very rushed and takes off right away.Not a big variety of different kinds of crafting.There's no macrame cord or macrame beads, but, if you want to cricut there's a more than a few rows of that...... lol.I do like the wide variety of colours and sizes of Tshirts if you're in to that.....I left pretty disappointed and have spent easily over $300+ in the past month on Amazon. I really try to shop local but she told me to go to Canadian Tire for some jute rope.... lol I was too tired and had no patience left so didn't stop at Jangles to see if they carry any macrame beads.I posted my plant hangers on Facebook and people have asked me to make them some. Unfortunately I can't keep my funds local and it looks like I am getting more than just a couple orders.I posted my macrame hangers in the pictures here.I really was surprised because when I started macrame back in the 1970's and was able to purchase everything I needed in my little hometown at a Stedman's dept. store but the city of Thunder Bay has nothing but rope at Canadian Tire......lol, I really was astonished.This was my go to store for all my floral arrangements. Good quality, a little pricey.There's a few rows of children art supplies too. I really liked the craft store that was by Victoriaville, too bad they shut down because they had everything....

The amount of different materials that are available in the store was a big surprise. Now I have a new favorite store to get whatever art project I'm working on

A pretty fun chain of stores to get ideas in, even if their product is a bit overpriced. Helpful staff too!

Always find great items and deals at Michael's. Recently, I took up paint-by-number, not too much selection, but certainly enough to get me started. I'll paint my masterpieces and then donate them.
