I needed to get a police clearance from them in order to apply for Canadian pr. I flew from Calgary to Vancouver without getting any appointments. They told me that they are only accepting appointments to give a police clearances on Thursday and Friday. I explained to them my frustration, And informed them that im staying in Vancouver only for 1 day and I must take it in the same day. They were super polite, they listened and told me to write them an email explaining to them my issue and they didn’t give any promises.I wrote them an email and they responded after 5 mins and informed me me come to their office after the working hours end in order to help me to get a police clearance.I went and they have an extremely professional and polite receptionists, and thanks to them because they made my day when they helped me to get an emergency appointment.The employee who was responsible of my application was Gülcan she is the best. She was professional, Calm and helpful.Also the supervisor of this consulate was friendly, He asked me about my nationality and told him im from iraq and he started to speak with me in Arabic. I love turkey, their culture and their people.To get best service from them: write them an email before you go.

Hi there, they are really awesome and fast. I had a lot of questions about traveling to Turkey, so I emailed them and they answered me about 40 minutes with a lot of details and links. Turkey must be an amazing country.

Today, I had an appointment at the consulate of Turkiye in Vancouver, but unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was not very nice. Despite having booked the appointment through phone and email, the employee made discriminatory remarks and said that they would not accept non-Turkish people anymore. As someone who values inclusivity and respect for all individuals, this behavior was unacceptable. I hope that the consulate of Turkiye takes steps to address and prevent any future incidents of discrimination.

Since December 9 I’m trying to get appointment for Muvafakatname And I contacted to them at least 100 times phone calls and 10 days ago I could reach to themAnd they told me send an email for appointment. Since December 9 I’m sainting for appointment or respond for me emailsAnd now Since December 16 I’m trying reach them by phone. I don’t get any respondI don’t know now what to do

In the past I’ve been to so many embassy’s but I haven’t met any ones that were as kind, respectful, and efficient as this one ! Thank you for your help!

There is no word can describe how nice and helpful team in Türkiye consulate in Vancouver. Starting from the security guy who received us with a huge smile and kindness! The staff were so friendly, amazing and nice just like Türkiye.
