Idiots. They refused to let me exit and said i had to pay for a 'Lost Ticket' because my card was 'Broken' and could not be read??????

Machine wouldn’t read the ticket. I repeatedly pressed the help button. It either doesn’t connect or the unhelpful assistant hangs up on you. I even got thru to the same lady three times and she was no help. Terrible customer service

Apparently there's no access to the parking via the pedestrian door at night so you have to call security to open for you. I called several times and left messages and got no help. Sometimes it's like someone would pick up and not say anything, otherwise all calls went straight to voicemail. I don't even live in Calgary and it was cold outside, I needed to get my car and drive to the hotel but I ended up stranded in downtown for some hours and had to look for a place nearby to stay til morning then get my car.The paystations are all out of order too and paying at the exit was a hustle, it took about 3 attempts for the machine to accept payment.I only give this rating coz my car was safe.

The machine that reads your ticket on the way out constantly malfunctions - you always run the risk of being stuck there. There is no staff on site, and their call button doesn’t work properly. The security in the building won’t help you. Today, there were 7 cars beside me stuck in the parkade, this is a safety issue and impark does not care.

Complete Rip Off! Went into the drugstore for ten minutes on a Stat day and was charged $5.00. Had already paid and complained when I was told I should have had the ticket validated. No signage to indicate this option. I will never come here again and strongly recommend you do not. Then of course there are no bigger rip offs than IMPARK which only add to the parking woes in this City. Charging on a holiday? Seriously....

It’s safe, cameras and security. Clean. Warm. Helps to park underground on these cold nights for my diesel. But more than once the machine has been broken to get my car out at 5am—- I don’t have the energy or time at 5 am to explain and argue with the CS rep on the other side of the help button until he lets me and my vehicle out.
