The windshield was replaced but one headlight didn’t work afterwards.... they unplugged wiring and plugged it back in incorrectly and then lied...Nobody else was under the hood of the car.I had to go to the dealer and pay them to de things correctly.They made no apologies and admitted no fault and made no effort to remedy the situation.I wouldn’t recommend letting them touch your car.

I had my windshield replaced on a Range Rover Sport last month for $1,000. Only a few weeks later, the replacement windshield cracked! Speedy Glass refused to replace it and wouldn't even give me a discount off of another $1,000 replacement.Unsure if it's due to poor installation or cheap windshield materials, but I can say that I won't be returning to Speedy Glass.

From the appointment booking to the service everything was exceptionally professional. 5 stars for Cathy after she waited for me to pick up my car 15 minutes after the shop closed on a beautiful Friday .I had forgotten to mention I was away but she stayed until she got in touch with me.

I went to another shop and got my windshield replaced with an OEM, the difference of the price I was offered for the OEM was lower than what the receptionist at speedy glass offered me. I was not greeted friendly at this location and was also told that the after market and OEM are exactly the same and only difference is the brand stamp. Please do not tell people that aftermarket and OEM are same because they are not exactly the same, they differ in color, thickness and some other minor differences in design even thou they fit the same.

I went to Speedy Glass Brooksbank for my side window replacement. The team and customer service team were terrific! I appreciated all of their help and assistance! Michelle at the front was a pleasure to work with and very helpful throughout the process! I will be heading back there soon, as I recently got a crack in my windshield! The windshield replacement on my RAV4 seems to be done very well, and they were finished earlier than expected. Very friendly service. The only con was that they no longer offer a taxi service, and have not set up their planned Uber service yet. So my timing was bad and I had to pay for an Uber to and from home. If I had known, I would have chosen a glass installer closer to home. But, went here because of their reviews and the ride.

This location will no longer do a drivers side chip repair. They said it’s a policy change due to insurance rules but I believe their change is because it’s more lucrative to replace than it is to repair. I’ve used this Speedy location a number of times for chip repair and full replacements and I was initially disappointed to take my business elsewhere. However, I called around and found two other auto glass shops that were happy to do the repair. I went to their competitor and received great service. I’ll be calling their competitor first for any future work.

Decent service at the front counter and install was good. But, they ordered the wrong front windshield for my car. Cost me another 3 hours of time that I could not work which I accepted. Then the technician broke an ornament on my dash. But, they neglected to tell me that it was broken. I only found out on my way home that it was busted. It's more about the dishonesty of not telling me that the ornament was broken that bothers me more than anything else.

The name says it all! I had an appointment booked for 11 AM and I received a call at 12:30 to say my car was ready! So fast!Excellent customer service and an easy to use online booking system too. Highly recommended.
