Fabutan / Hush Lash Studio

I went to fabutan for a spray tan, I told them it was my first time getting one. They barely provided any information unless I asked. I told them I did not want to come out looking orange, and the reason for the spray tan was to get rid of my tan lines. They assured me I wouldn’t have any orange and it would hide my tan lines. I looked SO orange, didn’t even blend my tan lines in, I still had my white skin on my arms and legs and had so many different shades going on. I called to talk to the manager, she wouldn’t refund me my money said they don’t do refunds. It doesn’t say that on their site or when you go to their studio. I’m beyond frustrated as I paid for the second spray tan ahead of time. I will not go back and I will not recommend them to anyone.

I'm not sure if your phones are working. I'd like to use your services and keep calling but no one ever answers the phone. Still have not spoken with anyone. There is no option for voicemail either.

I was there for classic eyelash extentions. I left there with pretty eyes..My daughter wasn't satisfied with the service. She believes the lady who did her lashes is a racist and was not friendly at all.Keep up the work. But, don't act so thirsty for appointments lol

I was not going to leave review.. but I for people to avoid wasting money on lash extensions please don’t get them done here. Fabutan was my very first lash experience and I’ve now been getting them professionally done elsewhere for a year now . The girl at Fabutan, well to be blunt she is not professionalShe was very rude .. didn’t even smileConsidering it was my first time she should have given me instructions on how to maintain and take care of my lash . I now know they need to be brushed and washed daily . It was my first time .. I didn’t really know what to expect. I felt beautiful leaving the studio .. but ugly by how she treated me . About 5 days after my appointment my lashes literally fell off .. like fell off my eyes in one day . I’d suggest finding someone who has more experience. Fabutan is great for tanning . Stick to what you know Fabutan. All these side hustles make you more money .. but you don’t specialize in lashes. Or hire someone with people skills with experience in the trade

Do not waste youre money here! $80 a month for 30 days unlimited tanning however they only have 1 type of bed. No stand up Beds no different levels. Closed Sundays and only open 10-3 Saturdays. They are supposed to be open until 8pm other days however close early so if you try to show up between 7-8pm... good luck

Very bad experience… got my lash lift and the lady who was working on it was talking to the receptionist almost in my ear. Rude and very unprofessional. Will never go there again. Feel unwelcome and cold environment

i like it i use it for tanning . do note that all their tanning lotions are expensive i think the cheapest one is 50$ so maybe order from somewhere else but it has to be a brand they approve of so it dosent wreck the machines so maybe do your research. what i like about fabutan is they always get an appointment in for me the same day.

The tanning prices are far too expensive. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to use their services.

I have been a client of Fabutan for years. And I find the steinbach Fabutan incredibly frustrating to deal with. They never answer their phone. I have literally tried calling at all times of the day and let the phone ring for several rings with no answer. As a business owner myself I find this very unprofessional and very frustrating to clients. I actually drive into Winnipeg to go to a Fabutan. Just to avoid the frustration and lack of professionalism with the Steinbach location. Like I said I have been utilizing Fabutan for years but find the Steinbach locations one of the worst. Hire more staff if you don't have time to answer phones. Because they get cranky if you just walk in to see if you can get a time. Well if you don't answer phone to set up appointments don't get upset when people just show up.
