currently live here! absolutely love it! no issues at all with management. they are always super friendly and ready to help with anything! HIGHLY recommend this apartment! large suites, nice finishes, and just a great place to live.

Management is horrible to deal with. She was always very rude and it felt like it was such a hassle anytime I had a question or concern. Even after our lease was up, she was so rude. All communication with this women was awful. The assistant manager is lovely though - friendly, kind and always willing to help!

I visited Macewan greens and was spoken to very rudly until I revealed my pay stubs, suddenly, I witnessed a drastic change in her approach and gladly showed an apartment that was not furnished as advertised. The rent had numerous unknown hidden fees, 10-15% above advertised. 6 months later, I moved out with a full 31 days notice. A few weeks later, they sent me 30% of damage deposit, claiming they repaired the walls". Guess what

If i am ever going to move out of my house and start renting again this would be the place. suites are high quality but still at an affordable cost.heated floors are great in the winter too.the only negative thing i can think of are the planes are a bit loud as the airport is with in eyesight but hey, theyre loud anywhere in leduc.

The maintenance staff are lazy. Had an issue in February and the maintenance supervisor said he would be in during the week to take a look and fix as he knew what the issue was. We are now July . I moved here in January had an issue with my fridge vents freezing in March. They made me move all my food to another floor appartment so it would unfreeze. We are now now in July same thing happen again. Why didnt that replace the fridge in March, when maintenance told me this was an ongoing problem. Sorry that's not my problem I pay my rent every 1st ot the month and it includes a fridge.

This place is so well managed! Any little issues are fixed immediately and the management is very friendly and professional. The building is always super clean and very well maintained. We have been here for a year now and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

Been here 9 months and love our new place! The managers are amazing and so helpful! You would love to live here if you are thinking of it!

Management has its moments of greatness, but a lot of issues are not dealt with.If you like to wake up to fire alarms, every other week this is the place to be. High police presence at the location as well. Rent is a little on the high side for the amount of issues you have to deal with. You can hear everything through the hallways, especially the people above you.Non stop stomping from people above and urinating from animals getting all over your patio furniture. Just gets brushed off when complained about.Was great for the first year but got worse with disrespectful tenants over the years. Glad to be out.

Not Responsive/professional. Worst management. I called multiple times, left a vm w/ weekend staff and emailed to get ahold of someone.I'm looking to rent for Sept/Oct 1st. When Cindy finally replied she didn't answer any my questions in my email she was very vague and just asked if I had pets and then nothing.. so i emailed again? and then said she was to busy with showings all week! I emailed to set up a viewing next week but again no response.. so I called and wow the girl said there was a 4:30 viewing today! But when Cindy found out she emailed me saying it was a mistake.. Busted perhaps? I then had my colleague inquire about the same suite and guess what! It might be available after Sept 1st and to call back?! Like WOW! Is this what the world has come to? I guess you don't want to rent out your suites, fine by me. After this I wouldn't want to live there anyway. Goodluck Cindy! Enjoy your games I have no time for this. You just cost your owner a serious reliable renter. All the best.
